Lovely townhouse in Pollenca. Had a wonderful two week holiday in this spacious house a few minutes walk from the main square. Felt really at home in this comfortable traditional house. Easy for parking either on the streetin the free car parkopposite. Good supermarket close by and plenty of charming local bars, restaurants and cafes within a short walk. The house is not suitable for people with disabilities due to the two flights of stairs but my elderly 84 year old husband had no problem with them. Beds OK, plenty of hot water and a good washing machine installed. In general it’s well equipped. We were greeted by Pep who was very helpful and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would certainly go back and can recommend.The dishwasher was no good so gave up using it - it just didn’t work properly. We cleaned the filter but it was still useless. The only other minus for us was lack of English speaking channels on their TV. Fortunately we had taken our DVD player with us.

Everything ok, a smoker had been living in the apartment - so it smelled. Lots of stairs. A super roof terrace. The kitchen could have been a little better equiped. The plumbing was well functioning An over All good apartment

The location of the property was excellent, very quiet. Views from multiple balconies and terraces were outstanding. Maybe more kitchen utensils and updated appliances will be better.

Really nice house, perfect location

La atención excelente. El piso grande, cómodo y fresco, gracias a eso hemos podido descansar a pesar del calor sofocante que hacía en agosto. Nuestra valoración es alta y recomendamos el sitio. Solo hemos echado en falta algunos productos básicos de recambio como el papel higiénico o jabón para los platos, pero es un pequeño detalle.

It is a nice town house at a quite area. Accurate to the photos showed. Lots of stairs to climb and not suggested for young kids and elderly. So many doors in the house that you need some time to get use to, and properly locked before you go out. It could be fun at first! It would be more friendly if the host can provide some basic amenities like more toilet rolls (there were only two half rolls for four people), hand wash soap and at least a sponge or a small towel in the kitchen. May be a packet of coffee and tea bags. Sometimes a little thing goes a long way. Thanks Pep for the bottle of wine and water! We recommend this house for young couples.

Great place and close to town and local amenities, very clean and Pep was always there to help
