Locație foarte confortabila. Foarte curat

Acest apartament este prima opțiune de fiecare dată când revenim în Cluj. Este adevărat că noi avem treaba în imediata apropiere, dar tot prima opțiune ar fi și dacă am avea treabă în centru pentru că este aproape atât de tramvai cât și de autobuz. Este cald (senzorul pentru centrală este în living), curat, confortabil, este liniște. Apartamentul este dotat aproape cu orice - de la mașină de spălat rufe la uscător de păr și fier de călcat. Proprietarul, dl. Adam, este prietenos, comunicativ și deschis la orice solicitare.

Nimic.

Totul la superlativ, apartament mare, curat, liniștit, central, încălzit, utilat cu de toate. Domnul Adam a fost foarte amabil și ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările la orice oră. Vom reveni cu drag și altă dată! 10/10

Booked this for the second time. Very pleased to find the same good quality and same comfort. If anyone is looking for a comfortable stay in a clean, safe and nice place, this apartment is the answer! One cannot stay here without mentioning the terrace! It's huge, lovely views and really well maintained. Highly recommended!

Nothing worth mentioning.

We liked the interior design, the overall comfort in the apartment and the beautiful terrace. The apartment smells nice, you are allowed to smoke outside, which means no cigarette smell inside, which was perfect. There is a beautiful park two km away, the location was perfect. Owner was very friendly and even proactively responded to our request not related to the apartment: our biggest bag broke during transportation and he kindly found exactly the same bag with needed measurements. We’ve had a great experience staying there.

The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated. It has a huge terrace with all kinds of chairs, deck chairs, loungers. It is a great space to enjoy and relax. There is a shop in the same building downstairs. You can go there in slippers and it is open till 23h!

Because the terrace is so inviting we often sat there with a beer or a glass of wine. I am sure Adam will provide a set of wine glasses that we sorely missed. 😁

Best host and apparent is very modern with a lovely terrace

No matter what your plans are when you visit Cluj Napoca, this apartment certainly is what you need in terms of accommodation. It's comfortable, spacious, safe, all kitchen appliances you may need, AC, smart TV and more. Not many places come with an added bonus like this place - the terrace! A wrap-around the apartment, this terrace is the perfect place to chill, to start and to end your days! What more can you wish for? One of the hosts, Darian who met me when I arrived, is a very polite and friendly person, punctual, reliable and happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
