The location was great. close to everything
Although it is the “sea view” hotel, the view was not of the sea. The pool was nice but the location of the pool didn’t get much sun so it closes at 7pm.

Staff very friendly
Broken toilet, getting a shower every time you walked under Air con. Air con was locked so couldn’t adjust temp.

Really nice gentleman, very helpful in dining room.
Serving dinner and giving time to guests.
Nice people on reception desk. A young man and also Katherine.
Coffee machine in room with payable capsules - does not match the hotel standards.
Short term measure with low effect on bottom line for business but somewhat off putting for guests.

Κάποιες φορές κυρίως στο πρωινό επικρατούσε λίγο άσχημα κλίμα μεταξύ του προσωπικού και δεν ήταν ωραία εικόνα, καταλαβαίνω όμως ότι αυτά τα πράγματα συμβαίνουν.

Saubere Zimmer, Frühstück war gut, Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Lage war gut; fußläufig in 10 min in der Stadt und in 15 min am Strand.
-AirCondition nur bedingt individuell bedienbar (größtenteils zentral gesteuert)
-Bett war kaputt
-Pool- UND Gartenanlage komplett geschlossen wegen Bauarbeiten (hatten das Hotel gerade deshalb gebucht)
-Aufzug könnte (für Kinder) gefährlich werden, da der Sensor ungelegen liegt

Blow dryer was in the dresser drawer & room is not well lit, for blow drying hair.

location to shops and restaurants was very good
traffic noise was a problem and although it’s called Sea View there is no view of the sea. there is a very busy road to cross in order to get to the seaside and beach is a good 15 min walk

The ladies at reception are fantastic, but Alexander and Kristina at the lobby bar were truly amazing and taking care of me in the best possible way! Definitely coming back! Thank you!!

i stayed there before, i like the staff the location and the value
there was construction work inside during my stay, many days, i would wake up in the sound tools and hard demolition work. i also complained that the blackout curtain was not big enough and sunlight was going in from the middle and both sides, and they did nothing about it.

Well located in Glyfada, just off the beach front (half block) and a very short walk to the centre of Glyfada (wide variety for shopping and eating). Comfy room. Good wifi. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and generally nice decor. I've stayed many times some years back and it has got better. A little pricey but I would go back. The pool looked very inviting!
The bedroom had a glass door on the bathroom, never my favourite.
