I have made 12 visits to The Amalfi Coast and have stayed in Sorrento 10 of those times. Sorrento is centrally located ,and makes traveling to all other attraction areas simple and less costly . La Favorita by far has been our best experience ever. From the front desk employees to the breakfast staff, to the poolside area, including the resturant and bar. The hotel itself displayed old world charm, beautifully decorated, and clean. Our rooms were given exceptional care and the housekeeping staff met our every needs. Lastly I want to add the gardens were meticuoslly cared for , and when lit up at night were very inviting. I will be returning in the near future which complements the entire staff who were so caring and friendly.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was lovely every day as were the very attentive staff. they couldn’t do enough for you.

The gym was small and had poor air conditioning. Our view on the balcony was not very good and very noisey so we did not use it. Other rooms on the other side of the hotel had much better views.
