That was my second stay at this apartment. No regrets at all - good location close to Marina and Yacht Club (that was important to me), very good and brand new building and facilities, and hospitable owner Birol!

Recently renovated, this apartment was pristine, with up-to-date facilities, perfect cleanliness and a spellbinding view over the harbour. A very short walk from the waterfront, it was located near some excellent restaurants (particularly Chez La Vie which we ate at 5 times!)

We booked apartments on the 2nd floor and a view was amazing, just 10 min walking from centre. If you like to prepare breakfast/dinner - all you need is in the room, everything is clean and new.

Located in the most beautiful part of Fethiye with stunning views of the port, this flat is a gem. We had everything we needed for a wonderful 4 night stay. The flat is extremely clean and has all essentials. The shower pressure was great and bed was comfortable. 10/10 recommend. We would happily stay here again. Also located near to some small markets and great restaurants and cocktail bars. Short walk to old town. Host was also excellent.

I was asked to give money for already broken sink in the first day
There were wild pigs walking around that were terrorising my pregnant wife
There was no extra bedsheets , or cleaning service so its bad for long term stay

Breakfast is not applicable as it is self catering.
Unfortunately Booking.com seems to be unable to delete the fact that these apartments do not have a pool yet and yet it is advertised as including a pool.
Birol provides excellent service and information.
Unfortunately there is no oven but this is not a show stopper.
A toaster would be useful.

Swimming pool was not operational. Very limited breakfast presented on a pre prepared plate. Exactly the same every day.

The position in Fethiye is beautiful and quiet with views over the inlet. Easy access to town and lovely, warm, hospitable home away from home..

I spent 3 nights at a single room which was clean with a comfy bed and good air conditioning. I liked the location as there was a bus stop few steps from hotel so city center was a less than 10 min. by bus for about 4 lira, so I went all over the city by public buses . The view of the old marina is so beautiful, enjoying it during my breakkfast at the hotel roof restaurant. Breakfast was good enough to start your day. the family running the hotel is very nice and did their best to help me enjoy my vacation in Fethiye....many thanks to all of you and best of luck
the wifi was not working specially at night
