A fantastic hotel with great rooms and really friendly staff that make you feel very welcome. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the lake. A great place to stay and we would definitely come again!

Very friendly staff, the location and view are amazing, you have a beach just across the road. The pool area was fantastic! Will definitely come again!

Really happy with our stay at Villa Mina. The locations is superb, 15 min drive from the city of Ohrid, the beach is just 2 minutes walk and the area is very peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there is also free parking. The room was very spacious and clean, had all the things we need for our stay. We really liked the pool area and the infinity pool.

Retracted slightly up the the hill from the road, you get both peace and quiet and great views of the lake and mountains even from the pool area on the ground floor. The breakfast was excellent, especially because in the shoulder season they prepare omelets, eggs and bacon, or menemen for you according to your preferences. All the staff is very helpful, the manager speaks great English and was a great help to us on several occasions. I am sure both the hotel and the Ohrid lake area in general can get very crowded in the summer. We were here in late September where much fewer tourists and temperatures in the low 20s allowed some days for lazing by the pool and some days for hazzlefree exploring of the surrounding area. We had the best time, and just like some of the other guests who were also repeat customers, given the chance to return, we would choose Vila Mina again. Bonus info: There is a market about 400 meters away where you can get basic stuff. It is open every day till around 22.00. Next to it is a restaurant which has tasteful local dishes coupled with mediocre varieties of your typical turist food. For everything else you need a car, a bus, or a taxi. A taxi to Ohrid is 400, 1200 to Ohrid airport . The staff at the hotel will call one for you and it is easy to get one back from Ohrid, or from the airport.

Wi-fi fell out one day but was back the next (remind yourself that you are outside the EU and your data will be billed accordingly).

Breakfast and lounge was really nice. The decor of the room was really nice . Cozy place to feel relaxed. There was a restaurant nearby like 5 mins walk where food was affordable and delicious.

Great Pool, rooms were okay.

When we arrived the room was not cleaned, so I asked in the reception for cleaning, and when I came back the cleaning was very light surface cleaning. at day 2 again no cleaning, used towels were pilling up, so again I noticed the front of desk about the lack of cleaning, the manager told us that he would fix the problem immediately and the cleaning fee would be taken of out bill. No cleaning was done on the 2nd day, and 3rd day same problem, no cleaning again. When we left they ended up charging us for the cleaning as the front of desk was not notified from the other staff about the problems, fyi the hotel is family run and there is maybe 6-10 staff in total.

Extremely good position for both peacefull rest and "beach jumping" and exploration of the lake. Amazing staff that was most helpful and understanding.

Unfortunately, its always things that both the owner and us can not affect. Its other visitors. Some German and Dutch people were so laud and rude so the owner had to interfiere.

We enjoyed our time at Villa Mina. The hosts were great from the first moment we got there, super friendly and polite. They offered us a room upgrade with a breathtaking view towards the pool area and the lake. The suite was super clean and spacious, it had everything that we needed and it definitely exceeded out expectations. Breakfast was diverse and in big quantity, plus they always served a plate of mixed fresh fruits. The weather wasn't particularly good so we didn't have a change to enjoy by the pool, therefore we are looking forward out next stay at Villa Mina.

In as few words as possible: incredible, simple, relaxing, and welcoming. They welcome you as if you were a friend, will assist you with anything. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfest is traditional delicious. Each morning, everything is fresh. The view is also spectacular, whether it is of the mountains or Lake Ohrid. Easy access to the Lake (just across the street), the city and interesting places to visit

Pool had a nice view with a bit of "infinite feature" to the Ohrid lake. It was clean. Stuff was friendly, but only some speak English. Lake Ohrid was next to the hotel, just across the road.

Room was rather simple and small with mediocre view. Breakfasts were quite limited in terms of food selection and it took ages to get the food as well as.cuterly... It was ok, but not the proper value for money.

Room 304(****) 3 Floor -For this apartment 74m2 there was no picture on Booking. -During breakfast kitchen staf and employes and guest are not wearing protective mask and guest can breathe directly on open food. (4 Corona peak wave in Macedonia) -Employ staff not wearing any protective mask. -Bath tub in toalet was loosen. -No ventilation in toalet(no exaust fan or window).We must to open toalet door after shower humidity to leave toalet. -Main light switch at entrancy room was not working. -No key in bathroom to lock the door. -No wires on balcony to dry towels. -No beach bed chairs. Staff tell us because Unesko meassure they dont't have bed beach chairs. Verry funny answer.(other Apartmants on same street they have beach bed chairs for Example.Villa.Klia)

The property was quiet and located outside the main city. It had easy access to the lake and lakeside road to visit many attractions. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was personable.

A quiet place to stay with your family, staff was extremely hospitable and nice. The breakfast was quite good and large. All in all, it was a nice stay...
