The view was AMAZING. We had the 3 bed apartment. Especially the view from the master bedroom. The staff are really very friendly (but ineffective)

We booked a 3 bed apartment so that we could self cater and the kitchen was so basic that we could not cook much more than pasta. eg there were only 3 glasses - we asked for another and after 24 hours we had to just take one from breakfast. We chose the property as they said there was a bus between the Lagadin and Ohrid - we waited and waited...and waited and no bus turned up and the hotel said they couldn't help. Lagadin is isolated. The hotel does not have food other than breakf and there is only one restaurant in Lagadin called Dva Bisera which is best avoided. I am an animal love BUT the cats jumping up on the breakfast table and begging all around was too much and rather unhygenic. They had had bad weather which is not their fault but the main pool was closed as well as the outdoor kitchen and games area. This is fine but they did not tell us at check in - so we went to the pool and it was just empty! Builders were there cleaning up after the bad weather - they started at 7.30am one morning but otherwise 8am and were really noisy - throwing tiles off the the patio into a skip which was really noisy and not relaxing. The hotel is good but its just not professional enough for the prices they ask. Its a pity as its has huge potential.

The breakfast was really good, with decent variety of food. From the swimming pool and room you can enjoy in amazing view of the lake.

it almost looks like in the booking.com pictures… but then it doesn’t. The view from the balcony was half obstructed by the solar cells on the roof in front of our balcony. the highlight of these “double de-luxe rooms” was supposed to be the view and yet there were these solar panels just between us and the beautiful lake. we also had a problem upon check out as the staff didn’t know how to access their booking reservation system, So they almost charged me twice. I had to insist I’ve pre-paid at Booking and ended up in a meaningless discussion to prove I was right. So always repeat and cross check all details in this place

I Will just add that the minibar in the bedroom should be filled up with water or drinks there should be at least complimentary water in the room or if not in the minibar

The stuff was soo welcomy and pleasant that we felt like we’re at home. They even offered us an upgraded room with a better view for the same price we paid before. The stuff at the cafe is amazing and friendly so we felt like we were talking with friends.

it was beautiful. Very comfortable, you can go down the lake by stairs with a little walking. Good breakfast, kind reception. Awesome view. loved the design..

it was a bit far from city center, ypu need a car to drive there also no dinner option at the restaurant. otherwise; it was super relaxing.

If you are looking for the best accommodation in the Ohrid area, then for sure you need to visit and stay at the Villa Bisera, where you will enjoy the perfect view, perfect comfy rooms, and superb breakfast. The employees are very friendly and helpful and they will be happy to help you with your needs! I highly recommend it! A++

Everything was great. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The staff was very helpful and they helped me to set up a surprise for my wife.
