Is very clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. Is near to public transport and also possible go by walking to some places like “Buckigham Palace”. The shower is very good, the heater is working well and to have a small fridge in the room is really convenient. The beds are very comfortable too.

We got an issue with toilet flush, wasn’t working very well.

The rooms balcony door was nice but very thin and being the last hotel in Sussex Garden at the junction of two roads, there was a lot of noise from traffic. Didnt sleep well at all....even with ear plugs.

The staff was helpful towards our check-in as we arrived pretty early in the morning around 6am. The reception staff let us stay in the lobby in the meantime while waiting for the next available room, which is around 11 or 12pm. Usually, their check-in time is at 2pm. We appreciate their help in expediting the process, both receptionists were helpful in assisting us. Overall the room is quite spacious, and the condiments left in the room were stocked regularly after their housekeeping.

Since our room is on the basement floor, the windows can be opened from the outside. As a safety matter, we recommend the stay to provide locks or something of that sort. However, there was no issue throughout our stay due to this.

The staff was helpful and the hotel is located very close to the central area (However, I will recommend to use taxi, not to walk there, during the night)

There was one small red spot (ketchup or blood) and one massive coffe spot on the bedding sheets. Also, the toilet door is quite open and the person in the room can hear everything that you are doing in the toilet

after reading some reviews I did consider cancelling but am glad I didn’t. the receptionist was professional and helpful. the hotel does need updating but was very clean. There was a fridge in the room, tea and coffee and toiletries. beds were comfortable.
