Apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Chania with all the restaurants, shops, old harbor etc. Beach and central bus station are just a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is in good condition and was cleaned every day. Yannis and his family are super friendly and helpful - great hosts.

You can expect some noise until late night but acceptable for being so central.

The property is located in a beautiful street in the old town. All the people were friendly. it was very homely. We loved the 2 balconies, one for sitting out people watching and the top one for drying socks etc. We were very near the Harbour, the shops and bus stops. We had a nice walk to 4 beautiful beaches. Catholic and Greek Orthodox churches nearby.

Lovely location, enjoyed a beer on the balcony looking down the street below. Lots of character, and though it was right in the centre it was quiet at night.

No problems at all though those with mobility issues should be aware there are steep steps - in our apartment a spiral staircase up to the bedroom.

Right in the center of it all, very close to the port. You can drink coffee and overlook the water. Yet no noice. Large room, plus kitchen. 10min walk to the public beach. 3 steps form 2 small food stalls(shops). Very, very central location. I was on the ground floor, so no stairs. I am not a demanding person, so all was good. After all you are in Greece - a bed and a shower will suffice.

The mattress was not good, I am sorry. Plus the hot water runs out fast. I was alone and managed, but not enough hot water for 2-3 people.

The host was exceptional, extremely lovely and helpful. We found the apartment to be cosy, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

the location was perfect! It was very authentic to the Greek culture and there was so much to do near the apartment. it was also super comfy and the staff were amazing and kind.

sometimes you could hear other guests in the apartment but that isn’t really the fault of the staff, as the other guests were just quite loud - but I wouldn’t fault the apartment!

Really nicely laid-out apartment with a sunny balcony in the heart of the old town. We only stayed one night, but we would've loved to have stayed longer.

They advertise parking as a facility, but it turns out that no hotels/apartments have parking in the old town. This made the beginning of our stay pretty stressful, and we could've planned it better if they hadn't advertised on-site parking.

the host welcomed us, even though it was late in the night, to hand us over the keys and explain us how to use the keys and code later on our own

perfect location and lovely hosts - so welcoming and friendly. plenty of space within the apartment itself, all amenities in the kitchen (including a toastie maker!). Right in the heart of the old town so well within reach of everything you’d need. bed very comfortable, but I like a firm mattress so it was perfect.

not sound proofed at all (an old building so I can forgive it), so very noisy even when you’re three floors away. I think there’s water collecting under the floor in the bathroom in apartment 2 as there was a constant puddle in the middle. some furnishings (like curtains) a little tired and could do with updating.

Inconvenient super small kitchen, no space for cooking, old fridge and stove, bad shower, leaking. Creaky floor, noise is heard from the street and other apartments.

Anastasia Apartments were lovely and in an excellent location - a quieter road than the central busy streets. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the mornings to eat breakfast and in the evenings watching passers by. Very close to the huge selection of restaurants and shops. Chania is a great location for visiting nearby places. We went to Balos Lagoon, a war memorial in Souda and monasteries on the peninsula to the East of Chania. We also went on a wine tour with Chania Wine Tours and it was an excellent day out tasting local wines, highly recommend! I would love to stay at Anastasia Apartments if I visit Chania again.

We stay at Anastasia apartment every time we’re in Chania! The staff and the location cannot be beat!

Very central, in a pedestrian street, our room wasn't noisy. The room was cleaned daily.

Parking is a bit tricky, but that's just central Xania for you.
