Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent WiFi.

Both the shower trays in the property leaked and we had to stagger showers to enable everyone in the party to have enough hot water. There were inadequate towel rails and nowhere to store toiletries. We asked for a clothes airer which was detailed on Booking.com and this did arrive about half way through the week. There was a noisy equipment cabinet in the living room of the property. There were at least five cats who congregated around our property and were constantly trying to get in. We all love cats but we didn’t want them in the property. Front door lock was hard to use and the front door handle fell off when we arrived. Directions to the breakfast room needed to be improved. I had to redirect other guests to breakfast every morning. There was only one key to the property which made it tricky for six adults.

Bungalow G lag zu unserer Besuchszeit im Schatten. Wir hätten gerne etwas Zeit in der Sonne auf unserem Außenbereich verbracht. Aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nix.

Nice and very quiet location. New owners are very friendly and breakfast is nice!

Our house was from the previous owner and I think they took all facilities home when they handed over the location to the new owners.

The villa had all we needed, bathroom was clean, small kitchen had basic utensils (we didn´t cook there) and the patio was really nice with the view in the garden. The place was quiet, wifi worked well too. The breakfast was great and people very nice. The communication with the property was smooth too.

The only thing we didn´t like was the musty smell in the villa, I guess it´s because humidity in Madeira so not sure if the owner can do actually anything about it. We had to keep the door open during the time we stayed inside, including the night. I recommend having an electric repelent in that case.

These apartments are located in one of the most visited village of Madeira. Each villa has it's one balcony, with great views over a beautiful garden and a kitchen fully equipped, big bathroom and amenities. Satisfying breakfast options.

The info on the facilities on Booking is not updated. There's e.g. no private parking (reason why we booked this place), but we had to park on the street...

Cold and no clean up

It has a nice garden and outside areas breakfast was nice too and host very responsive and helpful.

The living room was dark and super cold, we didn't use it. Kitchen equipment is quite sparse but also I didn't like to use it, it seemed somehow not super clean.

Warm, friendly welcome and good communication. Very spacious, nice garden and very peaceful.

Kettle and coffee machine provided however some teabags and some coffee would be a good addition.

The breakfast is very good and versatile. And Teresa and her husband are just the cutest hosts! The city's restaurants are within walking distance. Good value for money :)

The accomodation has a very good location, the garden is simply amazing. The breakfast was also great. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There were also some cute cats. :)

The temperature of the shower was rhapsodical, and we run out of hot water twice.

Breakfast wasn’t very interesting but we realized there wasn’t many travelers at this time of year.

Really liked the place. Maybe if they had a welcome basket as there isn’t any shops nearby.

The view from the patio was amazing, location very tranquil with incredible views of the valley. Breakfast room was very cosy, clean with a fresh, home made food.

This place is a fantastic, inspiring summer destination, if you have a car, otherwise it could be a challenge to move around.

Very kind and helpful staff! We had a great stay. The property is very pet friendly and it felt very safe. It was very peaceful but only a short walk to the centre of Santana. The breakfast was great!

Lovely little fully equipped houses, beautiful view and nice little terrace for each house, good value for money, nice staff, good breakfast. Property is well taken care of

Hot water was not enough for 2 peoples (quick) showers

we really liked the Casas de Campo. The staff were great. The breakfast was quite good and included items baked by the owner. The bed was comfy and the living area good. Santana afternoons and evenings can be cooler when the clouds come in but the heating took the edge off quickly. The kitchen was simple but adequate for meal preparation.

The location is a good starting point if you have a car to several great hiking trails. Apartment staff was very helpful and gave us a much bigger apartment than what we originally booked. We could even borrow an umbrella against the rain. Breakfast and the whole breakfasting location was very nice and harmonic. There were also three very nice cats in the garden.

It was quiet with a nice view, good taste in decorating, staff very accommodating, dinner was excellent, great internet.

On one day the hot water ran out really fast; had to constantly adjust it, and finally had to use cold water for a bit. I guess the boilers are shared between the pairs of apartments and water was heavily used by other guests.

It was very calm relaxing and quiet.
