Good location, a little bit out of the centre, but still walking distance through the park. Also close to the stadium/arena, so ideal for events. The room was spacious, clean, and had great amenities.

No breakfast option when we stayed.

Location to Polyvalenta Hall. Person that checked us in was very nice but didn’t speak any English so no house rules were communicated. We found out from another guest a few days later that we could use the kitchen to boil a kettle. (We bought our own tea,coffee and milk)

No room service by day 3 so had to ask if towels could be changed. Our bed and towels were changed that day. The next morning when we were heading out we were accosted by a women shouting at us in Romanian and very agitated.Through Google translate on my phone it seems we had used 2 cups that were personal and after apologising she continued to shout and told us she didn’t want them back and we had to take them away with us! It was a genuine mistake but her manner was unnecessarily aggressive. She could have been the owner but nobody introduced themselves to us. Check out time was 12 noon however our door was banged around 11 intimating that we had to leave. As we went to hand our key back I showed the woman our booking that stated 12 noon. She accepted that.

The property has very large rooms with very clean and modern facilities. Good location as it's within walking distance from the central park and the city centre.

My only issue during my stay was that I was woken up early three of the four days I stayed there. My room was close to the reception area and the staff seemed to forget that they have people who might be trying to sleep in the rooms. On one instance, someone was hoovering at around 8am, on another the staff was talking loudly among themselves on the hallway. Which is a shame because it ruined what would have been an otherwise very pleasant stay there.
