The staff were helpful, polite, responsive, and they made us feel welcomed. The room was comfy and clean. Breakfast has a variety of choices, more than I expected. The hotel location is convenient. Surrounded by nearby restaurants and Teras Kota mall.

We were at the upper level. We got no TV signal for almost 40 mins during the heavy rains.

the hotel is clean, good priced and the service is overal very good. when I entered the room I found the lock of the door broken. i forgot to mention it directly to the reception so the next day they informed me that they are going to charge me 150.000 IDR for this. however I explained them that it was like this when I entered the room and without any discussion they removed the claim. people are very friendly and I stayed here already a few times planning to come back again and I hope the service will stay like this.

the location isn’t close to the city. although for my purpose it’s perfect, for someone who wants to explore Jakarta city center it might be a bit far.

The breakfast spread could have been better.

Room was clean. Comfy bed, fast internet connection. Good location, near mall, many street food, cafe and resto. Pool was Ok but needs to be clean more. Services all good:)
