All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic team.They would go out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable and everyone appeared to be part of a very happy and united team. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk everywhere in the charming city center. The room was huge, with a great view and windows that opened. The decor is a little dated, but everything was very clean. The woman at reception couldn't have been nicer. The hotel has 3 parking spots when one opened up and my friend went to get the car to move it she gave me cones to help save the spot. If you have to park on the city street and walk to the hotel they give you a pass so parking is free. I would

breakfast was just ok. In the hotel's defense we had been staying in 5 star hotels for the rest of our journey so they had some still competion.

Would have been nice to have a bar to meet up with friends for pre-dinner drinks and a nightcap but the lack of a bar did not take away our enjoyment of Sintra Boutique Hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, yet I had a sound, quiet night’s sleep. Transportation (bus, taxi, tuk tuk) is readily available and there are lots of shops and cafes to explore.
