During checkin they have taken extra money from me or else they were not giving me my room. And it was around 10:30 p.m ...it was a horrible experience for me... pathetic staff, pathetic room and no room service

Breakfast was very poor, they provide only dosa on the newspaper everyday. That was very dirty newspaper and not a plate for eat. And bedsheet and towel was very dirty and not to change any day. and not to clean the room. It means waste of money and choose this type of Hotel

Nothing is there to like, Worst staff, no clean, dirty bed and blankets. They charged me 300 rupees more else they denied to allot me the room, when i booked 900 rupees, they demanded 1200 i paid at premises.

Everything worst, i dont recommend and i suggest booking.com to remove this hotel from ur list

Room bed were not changed and dirty. Inside Room was spitted. Bed bugs. Bedsheet was that much dirty that i requested them to change it. I wanted to checkout from this hotel but they refused to give refund and i was forced to stay for 2 days. Even raised complain with booking.com customer care and was shocked with the response I got from them.

Helpee finding milk even they didnt get the milk but still effort was made.

As per my order on booking.com there was breakfast included in my final price. But hotel guys didnt provide saying its not reflecting in there portal. Fraud/wrong info.
