Beautiful, clean apartment with a lot of nice little amenities. Great location in the centro storico. My wife and daughters loved the various hair products offered. The umbrellas, bottles of wine (for purchase), and ear plugs were a nice touch. It wasn’t too noisy but used the earplugs at night; noise is expected when staying in a city center.

Nothing, it was great. Will warn that it is on the second floor with no elevator, so those with mobility issues should take this into account.

The location was fantastic for us, close to everywhere. And the bonus: best gelateria down on the corner. The apartment is a very good equipped. There are such a things like printer, wireless chargers, power banks, ear plugs 🤣👍, etc....

Fantastic location, in the heart of Palermo. We sat on Balcony and watched the world go by until late into the night... It is a fabulously furnished and equipped apartment, with lots of things you do not normally find.

It might get a little loud at night but close the windows (there is ac) and host provide plugs just in case you want to use them

The apartment is ideally located, in the center of Palermo, about 750 meter walk away from Palermo Central Train Station (so convenient to get there from Palermo airport by train). The apartment has a self check in, all well explained by Angelo, the very friendly and helpful owner. We stayed in the apartment with our two teenager daughters. The rooms are at the second floor in the building and are really beautiful; you can see that Angelo has taken his time to make the apartment feel like your home in Palermo. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds; one bathroom with shower, all very clean; an excellent well equipped kitchen (we cooked here for two nights) and a small living room to relax. What we really liked, were the little extras that Angelo did foresee, like a small snack corner, the available mobile phone power chargers, the mobile printer. So much attention by Angelo, just to make certain his guests have all they need to enjoy their time in Palermo. Also, the small balcony all around the apartment, where you could sit for hours in the evening, with a glass of wine, just to watch the movements of Palermo. The apartment is above a small, very cozy street (multiple times photographed), which has several restaurants, so indeed a bit noisy in the evening, but that didn't bother us at all. You hardly hear it when closing the windows when going to bed. After all, this is what makes life in a bustling city like Palermo. Just enjoy it. There is a supermarket about 200 meters away and many good restaurants in the close surrounding. If we ever come to Palermo again, this is where we will stay again. Many thanks Angelo.

The location was excellent. The appointment was was very comfortable for our family group.Very quick to respond to our questions and helpful arraranging our transfer to the Siri So. many restaurants and sites nearby.

The property was outstanding, every possible extra you could think of. We have never stayed in such well presented accommodation, it was very clean and so many personal touches including lovely hair products and straighteners, moisturisers, power-banks for phones, umbrellas, books, lovely treats for breakfast, and many many more. The apartment is decorated beautifully with amazing ceilings and tiles and in such a central location, it was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Previous guests have mentioned the noise at night but it didn't bother us and we are staying in the heart of the city after all and is to be expected. And earplugs were thoughtfully provided which we didn't need. Angelo was an absolute pleasure to deal with, great and helpful communication. I would give the property a 15 out of 10 if I could, we were so lucky to choose it.

Beds not so comfortable I would not recommend for elderly too many stairs for luggage perhaps someone should be there on arrival and departure to help - this would be a big bonus

Perfect! the location was amazing, the apartment is on a really pretty street in the centre of Palermo, beautiful inside with everything you could wish for. so many added extras to make your stay perfect. the photos don’t do this place justice it’s stunning. the host was amazing too, comfortable beds, hair products, loose teas, coffee, phone chargers… this place is the best. we will definitely stay again.

Location for me could not be beaten, I went to palermo for the food, and it the options near me were limitless. Hosts were so helpful. The apartment is the most catered airbnb I've ever stayed in. They provide things i didnt even realise i need.

Very spacious apartment, ideal for four people. Location is great, next to a lot of bars and restaurants. Hosts are very kind and extremely responsive, always happy to provide tips and recommendations. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place

It can be a bit noisy at night given the number of bars and restaurants around, but it hasn't been an issue during our stay.

Very noisy outside until the early hours. Wi-fi was intermittent and kept dropping.

The location is great and the place is clean, confortable and modern. I do think it’s a good place to stay, just the base information need to be more accurate.

The only thing is that we had “breakfast included” and there were only some supermarket goods to snack (not as good as expected). It is also marked as free parking included which is not a reality. the only option is to park on the street by getting a day ticket. I would have liked the property to explain it when I wrote them to verify the parking

This is a very nice apartment in one of the best locations in the city (close to main sightseeing parts, markets and also the train station). The apartment is really huge (you can comfortably accommodate 4 people here), bigger than the photos show which is a plus. There is also a nice balcony where you can chill. The owner is a very friendly person and will welcome you upon arrival to deliver the key. He also recommended some nice places to visit and in general was very hospitable

The apartment is situated above a bar so light sleepers may have trouble getting a quiet sleep. It didnt bother us much but good to know for some people. Also the WiFi was not working well, it kept disconnecting constantly and it was slow. Last but not least the apartment door may be hard to unlock at times using the key provided. If owner could fix these 2x small issues this would be the best apartment :)
