What a great spot in Palermo. Casa Nostra Boutique is a stunning hotel in a superb location. Room was excellent and the decor was fresh, with everything catered for. Excellent food. Plenty of choice from the buffet at breakfast & hot breakfasts can be ordered. Amenities and spa are excellent but it is the courteous, authentic staff who made the stay worthwhile!

Restaurant is fantastic! And Spa is very good. The location is perfect, since it is in walking distance to everywhere, but don't plan to arrive by car to the hotel. It is needed to park nearby.

It is better to park the car in a parking near by, and arrive walking to the hotel.

Très bel établissement. Idéalement situé à 100 metres du théâtre Massimo, donc dans l'hyper centre de Palerme. chambre spacieuse, confortable avec un magnifique balcon. Le SPA est top, dommage qu'une seule heure possible, mais tout le monde doit pouvoir en profiter... Petit déjeuner très bien, très bon et copieux... Seul bémol, le repas du soir... très cher, peu copieux et une attente interminable...

Abbiamo passato 2 notti per il weekend dell’immacolata in questo hotel che si trova in una strada alle spalle della centralissima via maqueda, il personale gentilissimo, la struttura è all’interno di un vecchio palazzo tutto ristrutturato con gusto e con una piccola vasta idromassaggio all’interno del cortile tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La colazione da 110 e lode, neppure nei miglior hotel 4 stelle trovi una colazione così vasta e ben curata, tutto molto ma molto buono, complimenti!!!! Abbiamo usufruito della SPA, piccolina ma davvero graziosa, è stata realizzata da poco, abbiamo pure fatto un massaggio relax, la ragazza davvero brava! Lo straconsiglio! Sicuramente tornerò!

The beds in the hotel were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well-appointed. One of the highlights of the hotel was the beautiful outdoor courtyard. It was a tranquil oasis in the heart of the bustling city, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The courtyard added a touch of serenity to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff at Casa Nostra Boutique Hotel were exceptional. They were not only attentive and professional but also genuinely caring and personable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and that I had everything I needed. One of the standout features of the hotel was Lumia, the on-site restaurant. The food served there was absolutely delicious, with authentic Sicilian cuisine. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options.

Albergo piccolo e tenuto benissimo. La stanza e gli spazi comuni sono eleganti e confortevoli. Ottima la cucina, menzione speciale per i dolci. Tutto lo staff, cuoco e pasticcera compresi, è composto da giovani, bravissimi e professionali. Il servizio è attento ed efficiente

Unico neo, la mancanza del bidet

Everything was absolutely perfect: the room, the service, the spa, the massage (thanks Floriana!), the amenities, the gym, the restaurant! This dinner surprised us a lot! We had no idea how good it would be. We had fish and steak - both FABULOUS - and the chef gave us amuse bouche and dessert. Would recommend to everyone.

La struttura è splendida. Arredi e architettura sono davvero belli e curati nei minimi dettagli. Posizione perfetta. Ottima colazione.

L’hotel ha bisogno di manutenzione. È un peccato che una struttura così unica caschi poi sui dettagli. Ascensore con tasto coperto da scotch. In bagno tutti i contenitori shampoo etc per la doccia erano rotti, la vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzino rotta, un tasto luce in bagno sfondato. Inoltre abdicare al design il confort secondo me deve avere un limite. In camera non c’è un posto dove appoggiare il trolley;

They are doing construction on the property next to this one and the guys start showing up at about 6 am…in an already loud city, this made it even louder. In addition, our AC didn’t work half of our stay. After I brought it up to the front desk, all they did was have the maintenance guy come in and turn the thermostat all the way down. They kept acting like we had no idea how a thermostat worked and that it was set as low as it could be, so obviously it was working. But it was 27-28° C in the room, which is close to 80° F. I asked them that same day to have it rechecked and they CLAIM that they did, but I was in the room from 2:30 when I noticed it wasn’t working again until about 5 pm. When we came back from dinner, it still wasn’t working. It then took us about an hour to get the front desk to move us to another room (that I had to ask them to move us to) and that room’s AC was also broken…at this point it was 11 pm and our flight back home was early the next morning. The temperature outside was great, and normally I don’t mind sleeping with a balcony/window open, but in a foreign space and with the noise, it was extremely uncomfortable. They did financially compensate us, but it was very frustrating having to chase them down for any help.

what a beautiful hotel! It is so peaceful that it’s hard to believe it is in such a bustling area. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful. The staff really went out of their way for us. There is a lovely common room if you have time to kill before getting an airport transfer.

L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione al centro di Palermo, e la struttura è nuova e moderna.

Lo staff lo abbiamo trovato scortese e inappropriato (alcuni camerieri hanno risposto in maniera molto maleducata a colazione a diversi ospiti, e le signore delle pulizie sono entrate in camera senza preavviso alle ore 9 di domenica mattina - totalmente inaccettabile come fatto notare allo staff al checkout)

Super Lage in der Altstadt, nettes Personal, super Frühstück, großzügiges Bad und Zimmer, schöne Atmosphäre im Innenhof. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte beachten , dass das Hotel innerhalb einer ZTL liegt und man vorab das Kennzeichen beim Hotel registrieren sollte, sonst kann es teuer werden.

The room was very noisy and we couldn't sleep it looked out on to a noisy street that came alive early in the morning and the had very loud music playing in the restuarant below until late; closing the place up didnt help.

O frigobar do nosso quarto nao estava funcionando e as almofadas da cabeceira estavam manchadas (mas foram trocadas assim que solicitamos). O café que estava no quarto era pago, um absurdo para o valor da diaria. As areas comuns sao pequenas.
