Apart from the amazing facilities, beautifully clean house and great location, without a doubt the best part of this stay was Gio. Gio was an incredible host, so helpful, caring and goes absolutely above and beyond. We all cannot wait to come back and stay one day!

The property is in a great location easy to get to and from the train station. it has a lift which made getting our luggage upstairs so easy it was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 5. i would recommend making this your destination and using the train to do day trips you won’t be disappointed. there is a corner store and fruit stand and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. the host is so friend and so helpful you can’t go wrong with staying here.

The property is centrally located, close to the sights and the central train station. The apartment is spacious, newly remodeled with all the comforts of home and more, with Nice city views and great interior decor. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

This is a large apartment within a couple of blocks of the main train station and with easy access to most of Palermo of interest to a tourist. It is a large, spacious apartment with two master bedrooms with queen beds and two rooms with three single beds in each one. From one of the master bedrooms, you can see the “5 cupolas” jutting above the roofs of Palermo. The host was very helpful and the place was immaculate. I wish we could have stayed longer

Nothing, really. Breakfast is not a part of this deal, but the host left coffee and packaged sweets.

Apartment is very spacious, actualy huge. It has 3 bathrooms,amazing. Location is perfect, 2 minutes walking from Palermo cantrale station. View from apartment is beautiful. The best of all is host, such a lovely and nice man. All recommendations! we are coming back also :)

Great location, lift access, really large apartment, good kitchen, lounge and 3 bathrooms.

Washng machine a bit challenging to use

It was possible to check in earlier what I really appreciated. The Apartament is very clean and quiet. You have everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. My room had a splendid view.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, immaculately clean and well looked after and located in a perfect position to enjoy the Old Town of Palermo. Bedrooms were comfortable, great little kitchen, quiet in the evening and lovely sitting on the balcony at night and looking over the city.

Beautiful big apartment with good equipped kitchen and a balcony in the heart of Palermo! The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is a small elevator which 2-3 people can use at a time. We were welcomed by the owner Giovanni, he showed us his favorite spots of Palermo on a map and explained everything to us when we arrived. He also organized a transfer from and to the airport. Thanks a lot Giovanni, we had a great time!

Giovanni got in touch with us immediately after we placed the booking. He greeted us on WhatApp and confirmed he received the booking. Prior arrival he contacted us asking if there is anything we need. As we were traveling with the children, we asked him to buy us a couple of basic things. It was a big help to us. He kept in touch with us until we arrived to the address, where we met him. All check in went smoothly. The check out went quick and well too. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Giovanni recommended us a fantastic place to eat and marked on the map all the best things to see. I would highly recommend the apartment, also because is close to train station, Via Roma, Fountain Pratoria and other wonderful places.

Giovanni, Vetta and her sister were super nice and worked very hard after the previous guests left so we could get in as soon as possible. They prepared the place so well with a welcome basket, super clean, plenty of towels, and more. Nothing was broken or worn out, and they had an expresso machine, microwave, plenty of dishes, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend to a large family - 3 bathrooms even!
