Issues gettingTV to work which was dissapointing as we booked to spend a quiet night in before a early morning fun run in the CBD.

The hotel is very well located. Staff are friendly and helpful.

That it is modern

Wasn’t so much the property but the service wasn’t as great. We had back to back reservations and when requested toothpaste etc it would delay us due to the slow service. However this was quickly resolved and we started having quicker service. It would’ve been nice if they arranged special things as it was for my partners birthday.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The service was pleasant.

Rooms were clean yet very basic, just a bed in a room and a small table in a corner. Bathrooms were small. No bottled water in room but also no kitchenette so the only water was a bathroom sink. No working extractor fan in bathroom. Room service for food wasn’t available when went to use it at 8.30pm, only drinks were available to order at that point. Breakfast was average. Drinks at hotel bar were below average.

I really liked the vibe at the Adnate. The rooms were comfortable and the Art work by Matt Adnate were uplifting with their splashes of lively colour. And the pictures were everywhere in the hotel. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the rooms were bathed with natural light. Everything in the hotel felt new and clean. I liked the USB plug ins on either side of the bed for charging a phone - that is a very convenient/thoughtful touch. The dining area was beside the pool which was all laid out in an inviting fashion. I thought the buffet breakfasts, which could be purchased when booking a room, were great value. The selection at breakfast was excellent. When dining at the restaurant in the evening, the menu was limited but the food was fantastic. I thought the chefs did an excellent job. All staff in the hotel were friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend the Adnate.

We have been traveling for three months so I would have appreciated a laundry facility in the hotel.

I like staying at the Adnate due to it's location. Proximity to the city is always important when visiting. The car park at the rear of the Adnate is another reason I choose to stay at the Adnate. Had the Wilson car park not been there, or there was no onsite or very close parking, I probably wouldn't be staying at the Adnate. The rooms are nice and reasonably sized, and on occasion I have got a room at a reasonable price.

Pillows! When will hotels realise that having 4 equal sized pillows on the bed may look nice in pics, but do nothing to cater for the differing needs of hotel patrons when it comes to sleep. I like a low pillow. None of these pillows are low. They are fluffy and large and I had a poor sleep because of it. I rang reception to ask for a different sized pillow, but the one they provided was super firm and just as uncomfortable. I usually bring my own pillow, but forgot this time, and I regret it. The shower is very slow to adjust it's temperature. it took around 30 seconds to mirror the adjustments I was making to the temperature. This wasn't a problem in a similar room I stayed in late last year, so it could just be some adjustment issues with this room. The fridge is very small. The costs vary quite a lot. This time my room was close to $300. That is not reasonably priced. $220 - $250 is the most I would pay for this room usually. My door was slightly stuck on opening. Not a huge issue, but someone should probably look at that. The exit doors to the rear carpark open the wrong way. If you're carrying luggage, you should push open the door, not pull to open. Paying for wifi goes against my principles. If third world countries can offer free wifi, why can't the Adnate?

Struttura ottima dove ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Posizione buona e silenziosa. Quando torneremo a Perth sicuramente verremo qui. Grande qualità nei quadri, dipinti e lavori esterni magnifici : complimenti all'artista. Consigliato ad occhi chiusi !

There was no complimentary water in the room - unlike every single other hotel I've stayed in and considering I arrived during a heatwave (high 30s). There was no food/drink options if you chose to spend the day by the pool. Couldn't get a drink from the bar until after 4/4.30pm. When paying on check out, I'd been charged two different amounts for the same round of drinks (2 coffees).

Location was brilliant. Views great. Stylish and comfy hotel.

Everything. The staff were nice and they checked me in early. It was my first time in Perth and it was really nice. I liked how they were 24 hrs and they serviced my room when I asked :))(

The pool area was crowded. More chairs were needed. The pillows. Not good for my neck. This is a minor detail but a choice of pillows on the bed would be better than all being the same.

I loved the room itself and the location was amazing so close to everything, our bed was wonderful and the tv was in a perfect position for us to enjoy movies all night long. The view was incredible and I’m so happy I got to enjoy it, will definitely be booking again and hope to get the same room if possible

Basically everything was perfect the only thing I could make as a small complaint would be the lack of a microwave in the room that would have been the only thing missing

Room spotless Reception staff lovely

Pool - looked a lot bigger in the photos. The space around the pool only allowed for a few people. Not being allowed to eat other food around the pool was really silly. We should be free to eat food of our choice around the pool as the pool is a facility seperate from the restaurant.

A very tastefully designed botel in the Perth CBD. Close to several bars, restaurants, bottle shops and supermarket. Also walking distance from the malls and train station.

Parking is in the adjacent Wilson multi-story car park. No CCTV cameras. $25 multi pass through the hotel or $10 single in/out on weekends through Wilson.

We chose to stay at the Art Series because it is one of only a few hotels in Perth that has 2 double beds in the same room. The location is perfect and the car bay for luggage drop is very important with small children. The information about the artist is a beautiful touch and being able to see the art walking through the city was fantastic. Also a perfect presentation spot in the room for morning coffee and bottles. Extremely large windows for exceptional city views and perfect for the kids to see the lights at night and watch the busy streets.

The pool was missing tiles, but still a beautiful area to have a drink and enjoy. The sink is to shallow to wash up coffee cups easily however house keeping will change then every day and give you coffee pods.

The facilities were clean and modern. The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable for our liking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, only 10min walk to Elizabeth Quay etc. Parking is just next door too

Everything was great. A simple complimentary water bottle would be good though…
