We received a friendly, warm and courteous reception from Graham and Marion. Customer relations par excellence. Excellent breakfast.

Run by a very helpful couple who provided an excellent breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. We would have been quite willing to have paid more for a bedroom NOT on the third floor.

The bedroom was on the 3rd floor in the attic. At no time were we informed of this. Only that it was a seaview double room which we booked through Booking.com. My husband is still getting over a Pancreaticduodenoectomy and I have asthma and COPD, ALSO the only toilet available was in our 3rd floor ensuite. No toilet facilities at breakfast which was on the ground floor.

The location is absolutely perfect, in the middle between the SEALIFE centre and the centre of town. also just a quick walk from the train station!

great location. fabulous view. friendly staff. plenty drinks available in room and fresh milk provided in flasks which was lovely. bottled water provided too and snacks on main reception. good breakfast choice, well prepared

shower room was adequate but a little cramped. water temp and pressure variable bed a little too soft

Graham and Marion such lovely people, gave us the best welcome. Couldn't find a fault with this beautiful B&B. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. I highly recommend it

Lovely 2 night stay, very comfortable room, very clean, Marion and Graham were so nice and helpful. Cakes downstairs a thoughtful touch. Breakfast very nice, overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future, thank you.

Great building, great location, spacious room, very clean, great facilities. Graham and Marion were fantastic. can’t fault this place at all and would not go anywhere else now in Weymouth.

The Howletts were so welcoming, especially with our dog Teddy who they gave a sausage to each morning at breakfast. The biscuits and cakes left on reception for the guests to enjoy was a nice touch too.

The temperature on the shower was temperamental. if another guess filled a toilet or turned on their water then the temperature would become artic or scolding.

Fabulous place in a brilliant location. Breakfast was exceptional everything delicious and well cooked. The room was great with a lovely view. Graham and Marion are both lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend it and if we are ever in that area again it will definitely be where we'll stay.

Perfect location with sea view, right on beach front. Absolutely gorgeous spot, kind and accommodating staff that went the extra mile. Felt very welcome, comfortable and our little rescue dog was treated to a sausage at breakfast every morning and given lots of love and attention. Really can't thank the hosts enough, the most relaxed I've felt in a while!

Amazing situation on the Esplanade. Never had more attentive and considerate hosts. Incredibly comfortable beds. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Very good location. Graham and Marion very good hosts. Lots of little extra touches you wouldn't expect, free water bottles, cake and more. Well set up covid wise if that's a worry. Nothing too much trouble.

The property itself is a beautiful listed building which has tons of character right on the beach front. We were on the third floor which gave us the most beautiful views of the sea and beachfront. The breakfast was perfect. A great selection and nothing was too much for our host Graham. His family also help out too and we can honestly say they were the most accommodating hosts we have ever had.

There was genuinely nothing that my husband and I disliked about this property or stay. We were able to bring our dog and the hosts were so friendly and kind to her which meant a lot to us! Would definitely recommend and will be back again (hopefully) very soon.

All you could hope for in a B&B but mine hosts were excellent
