Multiple family stay - plenty of room for everyone. Great location.

The Condo was super nice and very convenient. My only complaints are that the parking under the condo was definitely a challenge when parking our truck and where the handicap parking is isn’t very convenient bc when trying to come out there is a vehicle in the way! We also couldn’t get one of the tvs to work in one of the bedrooms. Then the people in the condo above us had a small kid that would run up and down screaming for hours every early morning! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

This property was perfect for our sister trip. We each had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space. Our condo was very clean. We were on the first floor which was awesome as a time saver however we were there during bike week so it was very loud. I would definitely stay here again but will check to make sure it is not bike week.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! Great location, super fast elevators, and the view was amazing!

Very cute condo with great views. Kitchen was fully equipped. We called at the beginning of our stay for a broken toilet and it never got fixed, also couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom with the bunk beds which was unfortunate for kids. Besides that the stay was great!

Location is great. Right on the beach. Two beach chairs & umbrella were included in the stay. Condo has a musty smell & needs new living room furniture. Both the sofa & love seat are stained & dirty looking. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes & silverware. Nice charcoal grill available for use.

The beach was just a quick walk out the back of the condo. Seemed like a very private stay witch we liked. Had comunity pool which the kids enjoyed while not in the gulf or on the beach. The bedroom overlooking the the beach had a very uncomfortable bed. With the length of the stay it would have been nice if there was Tupperware in the cabinets. My main reccomendation is check in/out times would be better if it were 3pm in and 10am out.

Property was nice and very good area. Stains on White bedspread should have been bleached or replaced, needs outlet cover on outlet in master bedroom. Needs new thermostat in main area, stains on furniture but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Overall it was a nice condo and We would stay there again.

I am very pleased with our stay at this place. It was well equipped with essential, and very clean. I will be back with my family as there was plenty of room for 11 of us.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We took our children with their spouses and our 2 18month old grandbabies. Absolutely spot on for family.

The unit is large and spacious and the layout is excellent for large families. Starting with the foyer being a nice size to come in & drop all your beach items at the door. The 1st master bedroom is perfect for a family to use a pop up crib and still have lots of room to move around. Has a balcony to sit and enjoy the morning sun. Also great noise reduction walls - only heard the occasional loud motorcycle. The 2nd bedroom connects to a full bath. Nice and roomy as well. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for our daughter & son-in-law & my 3 year old grandson. They had a queen bed and he had the bottom bunk and used the top for extra storage. The primary suite was perfect for my in-laws who have some disabilities. Plenty of room to maneuver. They were able to enjoy the view from the first floor balcony and enjoyed sitting out there daily and watching the kids play. The kitchen is supplied with all the amenities however could use some more cups. We used plastic plates and cups so we didn’t have to wash dishes as much! (I mean we ARE on vacation, right?) The only issue we had was the couches were stained very badly. I called as soon as we arrived and expressed my concern. They sent someone over immediately and deep steamed cleaned them. Looked like brand new! The washer/dryer are brand new- not rusted out like other places I’ve been. Quick walk to the beach! The elevators are always in working order & the site manager was great! Right in the heart of PCB. We will be back! Thanks!

Unit was not clean on arrival, soiled furniture, sewer smell coming from bathroom, jacuzzi tub leaked when used, construction started at 7 in the mornings, drilling and hammering concrete. I would never stay at the Marisol again nor tell anyone i know about the Marisol

I called a head of time about the reviews I read about the cleaning of the condo. It was clean but the furniture was dirty and needs a deep clean. I will be sending pictures about something I'm really upset about. The hot tube in the main front bedroom was missing the cover to the part of the tub that sucks in water catching my daughter's buttocks in and hurting her and bruising her. She is terrified of the tubs now. Like I said all in all it was a good trip but they need to deep clean the unit and fix a few things because my daughter could have been hurt way way worse.

Very roomy. Great location. LR furniture needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Bought sheets to cover the couch and loveseat. Over all it was a great place.

Overall the place is great! Great views, spacious rooms. However, the showers we not cleaned well and the sofas need to be replaced or deep cleaned (this is why the 3 stars). It didn’t affect our stay but that would be what I would improve. Other than that, we had a great time.

Our stay overall was fantastic. The weather was wonderful and the condo was as I remembered it from our first stay several years ago. The building overall could use some updating as it is showing some wear and tear. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family. I would suggest they replace the living room furniture as it is terribly stained. Perhaps invest in new furniture and some slip covers for easy washing. We simply used extra sheets to cover the furniture so we didn’t feel as though we were sitting on someone else’s filth. The easy access to the beach is a huge bonus and the included beach chairs and umbrella made it nice so we didn’t have to pack so many chairs. We will definitely consider this rental in any future visits to the area.

We had a great stay. The condo accommodations were great but the outside hallway was a little dark because the outside lights didn’t turn on until 8pm. We are happy we had time with our family.

Room was not clean, 2 sinks were clogged, one bed had dirty sheets and full of sand, no extra sheets for the pull it bed. Location and size of room were excellent. Been coming to PCB for 35 years, this was the nastiest room we’ve had.

Over all it was a great stay! The couch needs to be cleaned it was pretty dirty. You also have to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags and dish soap and dishwasher tabs. And paper towels! But it was beautiful and our family had a great vacation

The condo was spacious, which we loved. It could use some deeper cleaning and a few minor maintenance repairs, which I didn't report because it did not affect our stay and I didn't feel like it would be addressed after reading other reviews and speaking with the management company about other questions. The most disappointing part was the parking instructions. I had seen reviews about this being confusing so I thought the best way to clarify was to speak to someone. The people from management were friendly but had little knowledge of the actual property. The parking instructions in the welcome email states to park in overflow parking across the street in any non-numbered spot. All of the green Marisol spaces are numbered. I asked specifically about this and described the colored markings and that there were other non-numbered, yellow parking spaces on the next row. Management personnel told me to park in those spots since they weren't numbered. The car was towed that evening with a $262 cash only fee to get it out. The solution is to park the second vehicle in a green NUMBERED parking space, even though the numbers do not correspond to the unit or any other information. The reason we chose this property was the sleeping space and the location on the beach. I am unsure about renting again due to the vague/uninformed management company. It is a smaller complex which made for better elevator wait times and a less crowded beach area.

This property was located in the perfect spot! Very roomy and great view. We will be back next year for our family vacation!!!!

The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for us. The TV's needs instructions on how to make them work. One remote is enough for me. I was surprised that there was NOT an office. After we learning all the codes that was OK. The doors don't lock automatically which is OK. There needs to be instruction on how to lock the door. The dishwasher sprayer on the top of the machine was lying on the top rack of the dishwasher. We hand washed the dishes during our stay. Someone kept scotching the parking lot door so I finally threw the wooden "scotch" in the garbage. Definitely a security breach!!! The maintenance man thought it could be our group and knocked on our door and wouldn't announce his name or reason for knocking. I am short and can't see out the "peep hole." I give the condo a "4.25" out of "5." Only small things need to be addressed.

We loved the location and the property. Plenty of room for all of us and the extra parking needed was easy to figure out. Clean condo and beautifully decorated. The three king beds were a wonderful find.

The most pretty sand and water. Hated how busy it was but other places in PCB were busier. Nice big condo for our family
