Fabulous suite, and dog friendly. Children loved all of the facilities, there was so much for them to do outdoors: crazy golf, basketball, maze, children's play areas!

Location and Staff

This is a sprawling hotel, distance between reception and rooms large. Not an issue if you are fit and healthy. An issue if you have mobility issues.

Gardens and outside area are immaculate and facilities for kids were great.

Felt the hotel was tired and the service was a mixed bag.

Put in an old sea view room, with frosted glass at the bottom and a view of the restauraunt dirty roof ,staff tried telling me my breakfast wasnt pre paid for with the room which it was , fire alarm going off around 11.30 just as we got into bed ,wont be visiting again

Location kids activities lots to do for kids! swimming pool stream room food views beach. Chocolate and cards received for our wedding anniversary!

Sheets on beds and pillows cases should be changed daily regarding you staying there for a few days.

Breakfasts had a variety of options. Room was bigger then expected. All the play areas and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing!

Just up the road from the beach.

Old, dated decoration. Odd rooms with curtains instead of wardrobe doors. Bathroom old and dated. Could hear dog's in other guests rooms.

Layout was great and the facilities inside the apartment were clean and ample. Hot water was good for showers after swimming etc..

my daughter complained her bed was uncomfortable and could feel the springs in the bed.

The room was too hot at night and the bed was awful Didn’t sleep at all We had a child who didn’t sleep too due to how hot the room was so left unrested. We Couldn’t leave the doors open that’s led out into the garden area overnight to let air in due to being on the ground floor The showers, particularly in shower room for pool use were extremely poor/ no power to them at all.

Fantastic breakfast high quality food and fantastic staff. Under rated resort and spa hotel. Need to promote more as the best. Especially considering kids having excellent time with the interactions and the importance shown by the hotel management.

Couldn’t really complain anything. Something they could do is to promote more of the hotel as one of the best in UK!

it’s perfect for families with children from 0-10

The staff are very friendly. The facilities are excellent, so much for families to do. Dog friendly too.

There are a lot of young families at the resort, with all the associated noise.
