The room is new and clean. The hotel has parking and is close to the pier. I can find something to eat at 7-11. The service staff is very good.

Falling apart, swimming pool is a half dirty puddle, no staff seen at all. Feels like an abandoned motel from the wrong turn movies

The property is situated in a central location about a 7 min scenic drive from White Sand Beach, it's really close to the local village with lots of handy food options. The room itself was new, spacious and really well lit. The wifi connection was superb and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. We ended up extending our stay here for an extra 3 nights out of convenience of location and value. It was a pleasant stay overall.

There was no-one to check us in or communicate about the property. Our room didn't get cleaned once in 6 days, no tea / coffee facilities and the shower kept falling off the wall. These things wouldn't really be an issue for a short stay, but for 6 days, it was fine but not ideal. A few improvements to service and the property would be fabulous!

This is a great small bungalow with pool directly outside. It is the best value for money place I have stayed in Thailand

Owner and staff nice and helpful. Newly built villa. Cleanliness. Perfect place to stay.

Neighbors too close - if you are unlucky and got noisy neighbors u can hear them inside the room
