Amazing location for a forever view. limited to zero contact to get help with issues - No TV all weekend (*really just wanted a music channel for sound - no connection) Once arrived we found out we were given a "Starter kit" Be sure that you go shopping for toiletries. one would think paying over $1000. a night you would be provided with the essentials. sheets were filthy and one pull-out bed was loaded with crumbs. lots of stairs to get to the front door - but was a good exercise for us ladies!

Easily accessible, very close to the ferry and main attractions. The deck and views from the living room were absolutely beautiful. However the yelling and screaming from the public basketball court directly under the property was echoing up to the house. Went on until midnight 1st night and 10:30pm the 2nd night.

My husband and I planned a quick getaway for a long weekend. 718 Crescent was perfect and the view is amazing! :)

Nice condo with a great view of Avalon and the harbor. The bedroom is a tight squeeze, the queen bed fills almost the entire space. The living room is large, the kitchen is a.nice size, and the deck is awesome. Easy check-in and check-out process.

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend in Catalina with this condo as our home base. The space is small but comfortably appointed. The pull-out couch was incredibly comfortable. And the deck overlooking the water and downtown Avalon was icing on the cake. We will definitely return.

This property has the most amazing deck on Avalon Bay! Property was as described, view was even better. The only disappointment was there was no coffee, tea or extra toilet paper. For the price, I thought the basics would be stocked so we wouldn’t have to go to the store upon arrival.

We have stayed at several ocean front hotels on Crescent and this duplex had, by far, the best view of them all. Also, one review referenced 39 steps to reach the unit. We counted only 25,

Amazing 🤩

The best in Catalina! Spotless, well equipped condo with an oversized balcony. We spent My wife’s birthday weekend in Catalina and I’m very glad I picked this place instead of a hotel. Walked to the house straight off the boat, and found the key in a lockbox. The smoothest “check in" ever. We had high expectations for the price, but they were all met and some. The kitchen has everything you might need and what’s even more important for us, everything was clean and we felt right at home. The view of the harbor is breath taking. The promenade with shops and restaurants is literally just a flight of stairs away. Because of the large table on the oversized balcony we changed plans and after family members joined us from the mainland, decided to have the birthday lunch ordered and enjoined on the balcony instead of a restaurant. We had the greatest time. Whether you host a family lunch or just sit with your partner and cups of coffee in the morning or glasses of wine at night, the balcony cannot be beaten in all Catalina. The cute and comfortable condo for two is just icing on the cake. Thank you for the great communication and late checkout. I’m saving up for our next stay here hopefully soon.

Best spot on the whole island. Does not get any better

Wow the view is amazing, sea view, harbor view, city view, all in one. The location is perfect, close to everything from the ferry, restaurants to shopping. The property is clean, well organized and well stocked. I had easy and quick communication with the property management. Can’t wait to come back here during the summer months!

The location was everything

Everything was great EXCEPT the BED was the worst mattress i have ever slept on.

Clean. Awesome place to relax. Glad we stayed. The building next door has a fan on the roof but it is white noise. Minor I would stay again.

This property was everything I expected/wanted. Big patio with a beautiful view, clean, easy access. The office to check in/out isn't too close, but not terribly far either. I'd suggest leaving someone with your luggage near the property and sending someone else to check in/out rather than dragging it around the island. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Every time we walked by a hotel that I'd painstakingly researched before this trip, we'd say "our place is sooooo much better!" Between the cost, the location, the view, the privacy, and the comfort, this place is really hard to beat.
