Location

We arrived at a three bedroom villa booked with 3 children. Very helpful staff, check-in was quick. However, it was impossible to stay in the villa we booked due to strong odors of dampness and probably the effects of smoking. The smell was especially strong in the children's bedrooms on the first floor. The hotel administration offered another villa as a replacement, which turned out to be in good condition. However, the services offered at the time of booking was either unavailable or impossible. There was no personal butler and cook. Breakfast had to be ordered 12 hours in advance in the evening. Breakfasts consisted of different types of scrambled eggs and omelettes, low-quality pastries, low-quality coffee and Cambodian dishes, which were served differently each time (apparently due to the lack of some ingredients. They also used margarine instead of butter. The jams were the cheapest they could be. One day, the hotel staff took away all the cutlery during cleaning. We asked to urgently bring at least some cutlery, since the children were hungry after the excursion. The distance from the hotel kitchen to the villa is no more than 2 minutes. The cutlery arrived half an hour later. It is clear that the hotel staff is trying to do a good job, but the organization of service in the hotel is unacceptable.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, den sauberen Pool, die große Frühstücksauswahl und die tägliche Tea-Time mit immer neuen leckeren Kleinigkeiten sehr genossen!

Wir hätten von Anfang an eine längere Zeit buchen sollen- so haben wir vor Ort verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat!

Even though it is located in the city center, the grounds are full of nature and it was very pleasant to take a walk before breakfast. The breakfast menu offered a choice of Cambodian and Western cuisine. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed swimming every day. The butler, Avon, was very helpful, responsive, and trustworthy, and I felt comfortable being able to reach her 24 hours a day via Instagram messages. It takes about 20 minutes by tuktuk from the hotel to Angkor Wat, so on the last morning I was able to see Angkor Wat at sunrise without a guide. Thank you so much.

Rice fields inside the hotel territory, very beautiful specious villas, good restaurant. Quite location, but quite far away from the town. Although, hotel’s tuk-tuk was always available.

2-room villa had one bedroom on the first floor and another on the second. If you are traveling with babies it may be sometimes not comfortable, as the entrance to the second floor is outside of the building.

The service and the house

The staff were wonderfully warm and attentive, and took care of our every need. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly green, despite being in reasonable proximity to the city centre and attractions like Angkor Wat. The villas are huge but well appointed, and we had a very comfortable stay.
