This is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. It's also within walking distance of Poznan Airport. The hotel was extremely clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should.

My biggest issues are with the staff. They don't seem to know anything & need to be retrained. I asked for a drink at the bar & waited forever, I eventually asked for the ingredients & mixed it myself. They have a restaurant, but the food is subpar. I needed an invoice to provide to my job for reimbursement. They said that they would email it & I'm still waiting. I've read multiple reviews about people asking for invoices & never getting them, this seems to be a constant problem. 5 of us stayed at this location & only 2 were provided keys. Everybody else had to ask somebody at the reception desk to let them in, this is extremely frustrating & should not happen at a hotel.

Location - close to airport. Room was clean with decent shower. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were not at all friendly. Ordered food (Burger & Fries) for me and my partner. It arrived 55 mins later minus fries, as they supposedly ran out of them. No apology for the delay, shortage of food, etc, so I declined the overcooked burger and requested my money back. They obliged, and we walked to McDonalds. Would not recommend this place. Weird place with strange personnel and uninviting atmosphere.

Świetny, designerski hotel transferowy tuż przy parkingach i lotnisku (parkingi pod nosem, a wejście do terminala oddalone 2min spacerem). Hotel jest nowy i nowocześnie urządzony. Mieliśmy bardzo dobrze wygłuszony pokój z szerokim i wygonym łóżkiem. To był dobry wybór :)

No real restaurant. The cook appearance discouraged me from ordering food. I had dinner at a different location. Food for breakfast sits outside until next day. A professional approach from yhe staff will make a big difference.

Czysty, nowoczesny hotel z ciekawym wystrojem. Bardzo dobrze wygłuszony.

Personel hotelu słabo wyszkolony i niezbyt uprzejmy. Sterowanie ogrzewania oraz nawiewu nie działało.

The hotel is well kept, nicely decorated, and very quiet. I was across from the elevator and heard nothing. It is a quick walk to the airport which is the best part! this is my second stay here.

The rooms are insufferably hot. they have a set temperature of 26C/78F and you can only adjust it +5 or -5 from that. Even if you manage to adjust the temperature, it does nothing so the room stays very warm the whole time. My room only cooled off about 1C-2C with the a/c on. The room being hot is my only complaint.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in Polen, in dem ich je war! An Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Sehr moderne Zimmer. Flughafen nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Staff very helpful and friendly.

The bedroom temperature was too warm and the air was extremely dry. Uncomfortable and unpleasant for sleeping in. I don’t think the temp control in the room worked. The pillows were too ‘bouncy’, like rubber. Not possible to move the single beds together. The bed felt very small, my first time in one for many years. I did not sleep well at all.

No offer of a welcome drink. Booked Queen bed but had twin room (Booking.com blamed) and hotel seemed tired - have stayed several times and will stay again but didn’t love it. Prices were high due to an exhibition on in POZNAN. No beer on tap only bottles 🤷‍♂️

- Światło pod łóżkiem, które zapala się za każdym razem jak wstaje w nocy to jakiś żart. Gimnastykowanie się z ręcznikami zasłaniającymi czujniki jest bardzo uciążliwe. - słaba oferta w "restauracji" a bardziej w barze hotelowym, absurdalna cena ok 60 zł za pizzę prawie że z mikrofali - dramat! Planując tam noc, zjedz coś koniecznie wcześniej, bo pójdziesz głodny spać. Przyjechaliśmy w ulewnym deszczu i niesłusznie założyliśmy że dostaniemy tam coś do jedzenia. - zero wyciszenia pokoi, było słychać dokładnie wszystko przez ściany od sąsiadów oraz drzwi wejściowe

Der Service im Restaurant war schlecht, Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, kein Service am Tisch, alles lief über die Bar, allerdings ohne Hinweis darauf. Eine Bestellung wurde vergessen. Qualität des Essens war ok.

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage zum Flughafen. Coworking in der Lobby möglich, An und Abreise 24/7 möglich. Zimmer haben eine gute Größe für Geschäftsreisen.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich kalt, geheizt wird über die Klimaanlage was nicht perfekt funktioniert

Nice hotel close to the airport. It was quiet when we stayed during Christmas. The room was clean and spacious.

The pillows - you need more than two small pillows for a big bed.

Great location, short walk from and to the airport. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff. My room was facing the runway and you could barely hear the airplanes taking off/landing. Cleanliness 10/10. I ate a vegan salad at the restaurant and it was very good. Haven't tried the breakfast. Luggage storage compartments are available after checkout that are protected with a code that can be set by you. I also loved sensor activated lights under the bed.

The only thing that was missing for me was a tea station in the room. It would be nice to have a kettle, cups and some teas, especially in the winter season.
