Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Like sleeping on a cloud.

The place is well kept and the rooms (3x rooms for 3x people each) are spacious and clean. Checkin procedures are really easy and the Staff is very friendly. The place is easy to find with lots of external parking. Very convenient to have the Restaurant downstairs, so you have good last minute options for BK, lunch or dinner (good food!!). If you are there to visit Plitvice, the location is certainly very good. Great value for the money for sure, considering also the other options available in the area.

Checkout is required by 9am. If you're a late riser, keep this into account. It's also true you can negotiate this limit to perhaps 10am, so in our case this was really not a major problem.

The location was perfect 20 minutes from the Plitvice park. the price was very cheap and the rooms were above a hotel where you could go for breakfast and eat easily.

it is a bit noisy in the early morning

Our room was a bit dark, no windows, just a glass door in the corner of the room that led to a shared balcony. The wifi did not work because allegedly there was a storm the night before. Checkout was quite early, at 9 AM. No room facilities, like kettle or coffee machine.

A family with a 17 years old child: Everything was perfect. The host is very kind and speaks english. The parking is free. Is very close from Plitvice Lakes National Park.

Third time now in 1,5 years we stay at this place. Clean rooms, warm water in the clean bathroom. Beds are comfy and staff is very excellent. Restaurant in the bottom is separate but very good and have good quality. There is where you will get your very good breakfast. I would say it cannot be better for a major company. We were 8 people last stay.

Nothing at all. Might be that the house dog is getting older and did not want to play catch.

Perfect for one night stay if you are visiting the Plitvice lakes. The host warned us to book the ticket for the lakes in advance. At checkout we forgot a bag with a notebook inside but after we called the host she found it and stored it until we came back for it, so we are very grateful for that.

There are some things that are not available in the room like iron and electirc kettle but if you are not staying for long it is not critical.

Depends what you like. Grilled squid were delicious but chicken skewers were oversalted. Anyway the food was good and we could recommend.

A great place to stay for all those who want to visit Plitvice National Park. The property has clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped and comfortable rooms. Parking is free and can be done both in front of the restaurant or behind the building. The hosts was very kind and very helpful, speaking a very good english language. We benefited from a large terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain, which is usually in common use for 2 more rooms, but those being unoccupied, the terrace was all just for us. Thanks a lot!

Great price-quality! good and affordable food

We stayed here one night before a visit to Plitvice National Park which was about 20 minute drive away. Well priced rooms that are large. We especially liked the mattress and pillows, the best of all the accommodation we used in Croatia.

The interior of the room was a little dark and the lighting was dull and did not help. Not a problem for us but only thing that could be improved.

The location is nice if you are travelling with your own car. The room was clean and big enough.

The room was cold during night in spite working radiators (beginning of May). The checkout time is very early (9 A.M.)
