nothing is good to like, even customer service in booking.com is worse

i booked this room because it was around 530 rupees per night for one person but when i reached around 8.00 pm in the night hotel reception said we cannot give you room, please cancel it and take room from us for 1500 rupees otherwise please leave this is unacceptable, if hotel doesn't confirm the charges please don't confirm the booking as we have to struggle after reaching there.

Very bad ,after payment os done and receiving payment the hotel management are saying that there is no room .they could be updated in online that room is not available but they wont and the front office staff also wad irresponsible,he just keep on playing in his mobile instead of looking out of guest

The staff is good, friendly and the rooms were neat.

They charged IRS 1320.00 extra and refused to provide receipt for the same. They claimed that as per their system I need to pay additional IRS1320.00 to accommodate me and i was forced to pay. This is ridiculous. Their toilet fittings are very old and even the health faucet is leaking. In my opinion an inspection agency should be appointed to ensure that the hotels are good, neat and clean. Is there any chance of getting a refund for the excess amount paid? Kindly advise.

Alamgir, the manager, is a nice and helpful person. The place is situated in a convenient location, including a metro station.

They should change the bedding. Need to clean the furniture.

He refused to allocate the booking thru oyo hence paid as per their condition n oyo not helped

Location close to shenoy nagar metro

Unable to find the place as the name is changed to OYO Jass metro and there is no direct contact to the property. Had to search for an hour before finding it and then the manager says that they're no longer part of OYO and that I have to pay ₹1500 instead of ₹1100 for the stay. Totally unprofessional, ruined the whole experience.
