We had a perfect stay. The host thought of everything to make our stay pleasurable including meeting us and personally showed us around. The house was spotless and equipped with EVERYTHING a vacationer would want. House is close to one of the best beaches in S. Florida. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Irina's place. She was an excellent host.. patiently waited for our arrival and showed us around the house and yard. It was much appreciated. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the beaches, shopping and airport. The best part was the salt water pool and the numerous pool toys . Kids had a blast and so did we! Looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful home with a very private yard and a nice swimming pool. The owners are awesome and very responsive, any issues we had were resolved immediately, and they actually came to clean the pool twice during our 10-night stay. We highly recommend this property, and we felt very comfortable there.

The host was helpful and polite. The pool was clean and it was heated. The outside patio was our favorite part of the home. The property is close to beautiful beaches and grocery stores. We will definitely book again.

Irina was great to deal with from start to finish, a pleasure to deal with. House extremely clean and had everything you needed, backyard was an oasis and very enjoyable. We used it for 5 days prior to a cruise, cant wait till we return.

I don't know where to begin to offer praise for this property. The owners - OMG they are amazing. Irina stayed in contact with us through all our insane airline issues on the day of arrival. (We were delayed, delayed, delayed - but that's a whole story in itself ) Irina offered to go get us a pizza to toss in the freezer so we had something to eat upon arrival. She had refreshments waiting for us and some coffee pods for the next morning as she knew there would be no grocery stores open by the time we finally got in. She instructed us how to get in, and had even offered to come over when we arrived even though it would be close to midnight. We met with her the next morning for the run down on the house and she offered lots of local information based on what we wanted to do. The house - everything about this house has been so well thought out. From the comfort of the beds to the ceiling fans and top of the line Keurig (if your a coffee drinker like us, yes, you'll appreciate this). To the laundry, towels, etc. But the heated pool - OMG - we lived in this. Out of our entire vacation, we ended up just shutting down, shutting off the outside world, and truly relaxing and spending the majority of our time at the house. Make sure if you stay here you check out all the toys in the pool house. There's an inflatable volleyball net for the pool. LOVED IT! You will want for nothing if you select to stay here, so don't look any further. Book your trip for Piper Palms and just relax and enjoy!!!! And thank you so much to Irina and her husband Shane.
