Every few years, our entire family (13 of us) take a summer trip together. There were 8 adults and 5 kids ages 5-11. This summer, we chose Hilton Head’s Beachside Getaway. Communication was great from day 1. Check in process was very easy and the house was actually ready early! The house is very large and beautifully decorated. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. The house is at a great location-really close to everything. When we went to the beach, we took a short drive to get on a Trolly…which was never crowded. I received a message shortly before arriving saying that the deck had some soft boards and that caution tape was put down for added protection. It appears as though the wood hadn't been treated for quite some time, so we picked out many splinters over the week. It will be so nice when the new deck is done! It still didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool/hot tub every day. We had a wasp nest form while we were there, and a worker was quickly sent to remove it. Can’t say enough about how great the communication was. Very close grocery store, but we also got Amazon deliveries during the week as well. Check out process was very easy compared to some homes we’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay again!

My whole family enjoyed the space this house has. Two spacious sitting areas a large kitchen and enough seating for all. The house was very clean with individual bedrooms & bathrooms. Many great memories were made including a 24th wedding anniversary and a 50th birthday. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Mother’s Day Getaway
I arranged a surprise getaway for my better half. I needed a place that was roomy, quite, and closet to shopping and the beach. This was the prefect place. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless and well stocked with the necessary kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms accessories.
The backyard is a gorgeous just to relax and hangout.
I highly recommend this property.
Hats off to the owner, property manger, and staff!

We all enjoyed our time together!
I spoke with the property manager reporting two different problems but neither were taken care of before we left the property. I hope they were corrected before the next guests arrived.

The property was as beautiful as the pictures! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Pool area was amazing, everyone enjoyed it! Property management was fantastic to work with.

1 Baynard Park was absolutely everything we’d hoped for, and more. It was beautifully designed and decorated, clean, and spacious enough for 4 couples to visit, play, and eat together, and to have their privacy, too. We loved the pool and spa, and enjoyed watching the resident alligator(!) in the lagoon from the rear deck. We rented bikes and rode the extensive Sea Pines community bike paths; went to the well-groomed, wide beach near the clubhouse; shopped at Harbour Town and South Beach Village; celebrated a birthday at Truffles Cafe.We all hope to come back sometime soon to experience more island activities and to stay at this beautiful house again!

They never did tell us there we beach towels until the last day. I had to call about the code to get In the house and the ap you must download. They just need to get the processes and communication better. I expected way higher service for the monies paid.

Family getaway
We had 11 adults and 3 small children. The kitchen was amazing and the decor beautiful. The kids lived in the pool/spa. I highly recommend this house

Quarantine in Dreamland
Our 3-generation family booked this vacation back in November before anyone ever heard of COVID-19, but as this amped up in April, we were hesitant about going. I am so grateful that we did. The home became our compound for the 11 of us. Unlike in years past, we did little except play in the pool, ride bikes and go to the beach. Meals were made in the expansive kitchen and eaten on the deck or at the long farm table in the dining room. The decorating was clearly professionally done, bedrooms were oasis of calm and living areas cozy. We felt wrapped in luxury and safety the entire week.

Great Sea Pines House!
We had a wonderful time at this house. This was a family reunion with kids all ages and grandparents. The separate bedroom/bath and lounge above the garage was great for grandparents. Fantastic pool deck overlooking water , we had beautiful trees and birds plus a gator chilling in the water one day! Excellent location for bike riding, we cycled to beach, harbor town 5 mins, Sea Pines shopping centre, south beach, salty dog. Cycle to Coligny 5 miles. Great living space and kitchen, beautiful furnishings very tasteful! We will be back loved this house!

Sea Pines is a wonderful area with beautiful views. The house was exactly what we expected.
The property was beautiful and extremely clean. Would definitely go back to this property. Pool and outside area were gorgeous and plentiful with space. Outside was also very private. If I had to quote something bad would be no bikes with house and lack of directions as far as beach access. Just familiarize yourselve with the beaches. Overall property was excellent.

Nice house!
House was very nice and close proximity to everything. The house had a great layout for a large group. My only suggestion would be is to have a better stocked kitchen. For example have enough silverware settings for the amount of guests it sleeps and more than 1 dishtowel. They could also use more large pots/pans. Other than minor details the house is very nice and we enjoyed our time spent there.

Beautiful home in a peaceful area
Beautiful property, especially the deck area and pool. We enjoyed the open concept and the spaciousness of the home. The bonus apartment above the garage was a huge plus for the young adults.
The master suite was huge - just wish the tub was a jacuzzi with those soothing jets. I also thought a space that large would have a walk in closet as so many of the other similar homes have had.
The reason I did not give the home 5 stars was the lack of some basic items in the kitchen and a few other things: no electric can opener, no measuring cup, very dull knives, no baking pans and a lackluster stove. Only 2 of the burners worked well on the stove and this slowed us down as the food didn't cook as well or as quickly.
Another suggestion would be to carpet the bottom step at the foot of the stairs as it is deceptive. Two of us almost had accidents as we thought it was the floor since the last step is the same wood as the floor. Definitely hazardous.
All in all, a lovely home for a large group.

Very beautiful and nicely kept vacation home will surely go back
We had a great stay and Renee ad team were very helpful with any queries we had.
The deck and the pool is highlight of the property specially with kids. If the adults wanted to chill out, the pool kept the kids accupied.
Just couple of suggestions :
- The king size bed is a bit squikky and can do with some repair
- Fridge didn't make any ice
- Attic didn't have enough curtains so the day lights peeked through and woke kids up :-)
Just some cosmetic stuff which when taken care of would further enhance the experience of the visitors. Thanks

Great Family Trip
We recently spent July 4th week at this property and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our group of 15 - ranging in age from 7 to 75. The house itself was well stocked with everything we needed. For us the highlight was the outdoor/pool area. Plenty of room to spread out and the shaded area was great for a break from the sun! The three teenagers in our group loved having their own space in the bonus room above the garage. Renee, the owner, was helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.
