What a wonderful week!! The condo accommodated our group so well! It was also within walking distance to Harbour Town. Heritage Villas also has a fantastic pool! Many wonderful memories made in Heritage Villas 2203.

Unit was half cleaned. He stated that the owner has their own service. Not much has been done to this unit other than new tile floors. The walls were in bad need of painting.

Surroundings and property were all nice. It was a good distance from the beach and getting our crew back and forth to the beach was challenging. The beach was quite crowded and folks are allowed to set up large tents and umbrellas directly in front of the rental umbrellas and chairs.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head. I loved the location of this property in relation to Harbourtown. That was our favorite area that we explored. The weather wasn't the best during our stay, but the townhouse was spacious so we could spread out during the rain. Thanks!!

Clean, great location

House was plenty big enough for 2 families with children, close to Harbor Town, coffee shops, bike rental, and a short bike ride to the beach!! Will defiantly be back!

We enjoyed the property and the unit. There was an issue with the 3rd floor AC unit on Sunday night and management had someone out quickly to repair and get it up and running before we went to bed.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the proximity to the pool and the new trolley stop close to the condo, Heritage Pad. We will be back!

We were pleased with how quickly we were in and out at check in. We were surprised to see a fenced in area that could accommodate several bicycles. Had we known, we would have brought some, now we know for next time. That same area holds the trash can and has a line for hanging wet towels. Washer and dryer is a great perk. The kitchen has a full empty cabinet to put pantry items. The rest is stocked with tons of utensils, servewear, pots/pans, slow cooker, blender and more. While the family room is small they have procided plenty of comfortable places for a group to sit. The two master bedrooms on the 2nd floor were lovely with their own baths. Third floor bathroom and bedroom are nice sized. The teens lived having their own beds in the 4 twin bed room. Fans are throughout the condo. We liked having two porches off the back, especially while using the charcoal grill. The pool is right in back with plenty of chaises. This location is an easy walk to Harbour Town. The trolley is not as convenient as we thought it would be so we did not utilize it. Our only complaint, one that we realize can’t be fixed easily, is that the second floor bedrooms can hear every step and movement from the third floor bedrooms.

The property was very well equipped and fit our family very well. The property was located very conveniently located to all the activities we enjoyed!

There were 10 of us staying for the week and this property had plenty of room for all of us. We loved having the pool right out the patio door and the convenience of stores and the beach. We took the trolley to the beach instead of driving, so no sand in our cars! Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the half bath, a pair of boxers left over from someone under one of the beds, the shower curtain liners were in need of a washing (they were mildewed and slimy), we found a petrified frog behind one of the nightstands in one of the king bedrooms and the floors looked clean, but we all had black feet from walking on them. We ended up having to wear shoes or slippers the whole time. Also, the wi-fi worked great for those with android phones, but not at all for those of us with iPhones. Not sure why. We probably would not stay here again.

What a beautiful villa in a stunning location. We were able to enjoy the amazing pool and many other things so easily. It was quiet and very spacious. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Well supplied kitchen. Comfortable king mattresses. Great pool area. Was concerned about whether the condo had been sufficiently cleaned especially considering we are in a pandemic i.e.: There was trash left, old soap left in the shower, a bathing suit left in the bathroom, skylight needed cleaning (cobwebs/dead bugs). A bit humid on the 2nd floor but nothing terrible. Last, the living room sofa and scratched dining glass table/soiled chairs need to be refreshed. Looks like Goodwill shopping at best. Overall 3.5 out of 5.
