No microwave in rooms

Das Hotel liegt in einer gepflegten Gegend in Atlanta. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sicher. Da wir nur eine Nacht hier waren können wir nichts zur weiteren Umgebung sagen.

Overall cleanliness. Staff were really nice and very understanding.

While the hotel was super nice I had a terrible incident in the parking lot with a complete stranger taking they anger out on my vehicle.

The breakfast was a great just a little more choices would make it excellent. The Breakfast attendant was very helpful .

More lighting in the room

The breakfast was exceptional, the decor was so vibrant and different. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. The staff was excellent. The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean. I loved every minute of your stay.

The children above us were stomping on the floor. But we didn't want to complain because I loved the environment.

There was no coffee maker in the room. What hotel doesn’t have a coffeemaker in the room — even if it’s terrible coffee? Also the room was a little noisy. The refrigerator made a lot of noise.

Hotel prático, muito limpo e novo

-O piso do quarto é todo em cerâmica, prático para manter a limpeza mas como estava muito frio poderiam dar um chinelo ou ter alguns tapetes para minimizar o desconforto. -Equipe da recepção cometeu um erro no nosso checkin em função de um ajuste de data que pedimos ao booking e ela parece nao ter recebido em seu sistema. Teriam que nos cobrado duas vezes se nao tivéssemos insistido no checkout. Atendente nao fez por mal, foi um equívoco mas a gerente nao foi gentil ao falar conosco, sequer perguntou o ocorrido em nenhum momento e nós tentando explicar para que não ocorresse novamente já que o hotel era novo.

Before booking I read the reviews and they are true! The room is super comfortable, they provide everything you need for your stay, they clean it every day and the decoration is super cute, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is enough to start the day. You don't have to pay for parking. Near the hotel there are many eating options.

Location was great! Felt very private and secluded considering it’s in Atlanta. Bed was comfortable and room was very dark with the curtains drawn. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms were a little small but it wasn’t a big deal.

Simplicity of this hotel brand is good for work travelers - no frills but comfortable and clean. Internet was strong.

Checkin took longer than anticipated but likely more to do with the customer than staff.

The room was set up perfectly for the space we had, very modern and clean.

The elevator had cracked floors, I don't think its trus fault but the contractor was lazy. Also there wasn't a pool even tho booking said there was.

It was clean on the outside and inside. The parking was a breeze. The hotel wasn’t far from other amenities and it actually had a wall that had places around the hotel you can go to!

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are accommodating

Parking is an issue. The breakfast Wasn't available at the time needed. The front desk was not helpful and acted like they didn't want to be bothered helping guests; they were very rude and distant. The front desk overcharged our credit card, and have yet to resolve the issue, even with guest services involved. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL-AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The hotel is nice, but the staff is horrible.

It was a great stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Randall, Myoshi, and Shay made it worth the stay. They were attentive and sweet. The hotel was cleaned well. The lawn guy blew the leaves off our vehicle due to the power storms the night before.

The rooms are small but its better for the environment so it is not a bad thing.

I loved the staff member Dru and how attentive he was to us. Felt like I made a new friend. Any problem I had he solved it within minutes. He had the best customer service in the whole building!

Breakfast could've been better, disappointed by the absence of bacon, cream cheese, and bagel.

I was charged a different rate every day for the room. There was no microwave in the room, and there was a pool table in the lobby where people congregated loudly while drinking beer. That was off-putting, but it's a 2 star hotel, maybe it's par for the course.
