i loved the location. i would walk to the coffee shop every morning!

the tv and the wifi did not work great so we ended up just using our personal data. the stairs up to the front door were sill of spiderwebs. the water filter in the fridge said it needed replacement so we had to buy gallons of water just to be in the safe side.

there were party’s at the house across the street that lasted the whole stay and racing

I loved everything about it. The balcony was a special treat. It was so close to Chase Field which one of our reasons for selecting it. Added bonus was only 20 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale.

The steps were not my favorite but were doable. I have bad knees.

the property was located near downtown and was in walking distance to the restaurants

the bathtub and sink was getting clogged when the water was used. in addition, the cups and the plates were chopped. the light bulb and the dining area was broken and we should replace it from one of the table lamps in the living room. we also had an issue with the WiFi and using TV.

Breakfast was an easy walk.

Door steps to entrance were too small for me to maneuver as door opened out.

Was told after booking that they would need a $300 deposit through PayPal or Venmo which both charge fees, not cash as it says on Booking.com. Was not given a code until minutes before I arrived. Almost ended up booking another place so that we would have a place to stay for the trip because we didn’t hear anything back from the host for a while. Also they advertise a balcony, but it was filthy. Everything else was clean to be fair.

This property is an excellent value compared to other Phoenix area hotel and motel room rates. There are two bedrooms, one full bath, a modern recently renovated kitchen, eating area, and living room. There were only 2 of us, but there is a good deal of space for a family of 4 to spread out. The property is well maintained and in spotless condition. We were quite comfortable. Management responded promptly to all our questions and needs. We would recommend this property without hesitation based on comfort and value.

The main refrigerator, freezer and icemaker is non-functional, so there is no ice and no way to store purchased ice. This issue is apparently known, as there is a small functioning undercounter height refrigerator which has been added in the eating area. It will suffice for moderate refrigeration needs, but not for ice or storing ice cream. There is a TV, but there is only Netflix available. There is no cable, so news junkies will be disappointed if they rely upon cable for their news source. These are small negatives compared to the overall value and comfort that the property otherwise offers.
