The rooms were clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Good locality. If you're planning a leisure trip, all the places to visit are close by.

We booked for 3 people and expected 3 water bottles but got 1 and upon requesting got another. They charged for the third bottle. They had a few food items like 10₹ juice and chips but none of them was complimentary which was kind of stingy of them. They specifically had a notice that if we eat we have to pay.

Bathroom was stinky . No room freshner. They charged 4500 with no facilities. Kitchen did not have food varieties available. They joined 2 single mattress on thw large double bed. Mattress wasn't comfortable at all..

Very high room service prices (70 rs for a tea is crazy). Extremely irritating and absolutely needs change immediately is that you need to pay cash for every room service order you place. Why can't like a standard practice the room service bills be signed and paid at one go at checkout. It is an impossible task to have yo pay cash everytime u order something.

Staff not sure about the breakfast timings when called, Due to that we missed breakfast, Was told they have an in house laundry, when called them they just gave an iron.

The hotel is decent for a night or two. Breakfast is alright.

Don't book it via booking.com. Try another app, maybe they won't screw up your bookings. I had terrible experience with this site for the first time. While searching I was booking for two people, but on my confirmation it only showed as booked for one. After I reached the property, I called and asked Booking.com team to update my stay details, but they just called the hotel to check the price and did not help at all. I had to pay extra charges for another person even when I was under the presumption that I was booking for two. No where was it mentioned that I was booking only for one, until I received my confirmation. This is not cool.
