Everything in the house works very well. It's good to have a TV in the room.

Forks and spoons are very old. There is only one blade and it is not sharp, it is useless. I asked a person in charge if there was another knife. He pointed at me the old knife. The beds are very, very bad. It was very old and very harsh. The bars of the sofa were sinking into my back. The house needs to be a little cleaner. There was no place to hang the shower head in the bathroom. This may seem like a small thing, but it is something important.

The room and the bathroom were clean. There was a fridge and a microwave which worked properly. Self check-in was well organized. The host was available to answer messages on WhatsApp at all times. The apartment was renewed. The area was safe. The apartment is located close to a beautiful park.

The check-in and check-out times are set uncomfortably 22:00-8:00. However, if you talk to the owner he would allow you to check in earlier and check out later under a condition you would give him rating 10 on booking. It was a bit creepy at first, however overall experience really was great!

It was a room in a 3 room apartment. It was very noisy and the room doors had a glass insert. You woke up when the other quarters came in at night/ left early in the morning because of the light from the corridor and the noise level. Bathroom and kitchen workable. Okay for one night, not necessarily for longer.

The price was cheap.

The manager could not explain how to get to the apartment nor where to park the car. This is inexcusable! I reserved the more expensive apartment because I believed it had its own bathroom. It did NOT. It had a shared bathroom therefore I wasted my money paying extra. The cheaper room was listed in the title as having a "shared bathroom" but the more expensive one was not written that way, therefore, I believed it had its own bathroom. However, in the fine print, it then said that it had a shared bathroom. I was NOT happy about that and would have stayed elsewhere. As expected, that shared bathroom was filthy. The check-in time is AFTER 22:00 and the check-out time is 8:00!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! And although I was given a "late" check out at 10:00 am I am not very happy that I had to ask for this.

The Apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. Fast, hassle-free, and specific communication with the caretaker of the Facility. Clear rules to follow. Fine place!

They did allow for earlier check in when I asked. Quiet area. Clean

The check in was over complicated and 10pm given for check is too late. Kitchen needed more equipment Eg tin opener, bottle opener, simple coffee maker. Shower wall attachment was broken.
