Our host, Mohamad, was very kind and helpful in our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Would definitely book it again.

Our stay was very nice and property was great…however things that could improve the stay would be more kitchen towels and more bath towels…only one kitchen towel and only one bath towel per person which causes you to wash every day…therefore using more electricity and water…overall I would stay at this property again and would recommend to others.

My family (5 adults) Visited Denver to attend the Rockies games and to explore the Denver and Colorado Springs area. The neighborhood and property was good. The property is about 20-30 minutes from downtown and over an hour from Colorado Springs. Although a little far from the main activities, the property cost was attractive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Colorado. The property couldn't have been better! The owner was very communicative. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly. The place was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities we wanted. We would certainly look to stay there in the future.

Overall property was nice. Good neighborhood. House was clean. Only little issue was master bed was extremely firm. Too firm for myself. 2nd bedroom was comfortable.

Nice property! Clean and safe location. Not many restaurants around as we did not cook at house. Only issue was no netflix and looked like we were missing a remote. Not a big problem. Outdoor chairs could use some love. But would stay here again for sure.

Fairly remote location for groceries and activities. Had strong cigarette smoke smell and we had one allergic person- communication was to open windows to air out, but raining and 40 degrees., Quite a few broken things, not huge but needed a bit of work Kitchen and bedrooms were nice

We thought the house was very beautiful and accommodating. The neighborhood was very nice and family friendly.

Very nice well kept house. The drive to the store/conveniences was about 15 minutes or so, but that was priced into the deal. All in all, a very nice stay.

Great property! We had multiple activities in different areas of the city, and this house is 25-30 minutes (convenient) to everything. House is clean, well supplied and the beds were comfortable. Very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Being able to use the garage for the car is a big plus. Very easy access to the airport (about 20 minutes). The best review we can give is "would you use it again?", and the answer is definitely "yes!".

We were stranded in Denver by SWA and the weather so we decided to get a VRBO rental. I loved the space to spread and and relax in this comfortable property. Mohamed was very helpful—he even towed my rental car with bad tires out of the snow when I got stuck near the house! Food delivery service is super expensive at the location, but as long as you buy the groceries, the kitchen will be stocked with everything you need to cook you own meals.

Only downsides were A) being a relatively new residential development there was virtually no shopping near to house. Entertainment was not a concern because we kept to ourselves most evenings cooking and enjoying beverages.
B) secondary bedroom in middle of house had a poor bed for one friend. Thin mattress and hard foundation rather than box spring. He adapted but did voice early displeasure.

The owner supplied us with a stand mixer to make my job easier.

The home was perfect! The pictures on the site are accurate but really don't capture how amazing and comfortable this property is. We were visiting CO for our annual golf trip and this home really helped make our stay perfect! The home had all the amenities and creature comforts you would expect including a fully stocked kitchen! The mattresses were extremely comfortable (the two that were used). They did not sag and felt firm - I am a large man with a history of chronic back issues and I did not feel any stiffness or soreness in the morning.
We look forward to booking this home for our trip back next year!!!

The place was great. The only thing we felt was not so good was the king bed and one other bed was very hard and not comfortable. Otherwise the stay was great. Lots of room.

Home was exactly as described and neighborhood was quiet but active. E-470 was a short drive away and from there, was convenient to most places on the outskirts of Denver. Great location for early morning (5:30am) flight out of Denver!

What a wonderful property
Everything was better than stated. The house was comfortable and lovely. We really enjoyed the stay. We have stayed at a few places in the Denver are, all of which were nice, but this was the nicest.
We would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet comfortable place.

Softball Tournament
The house was located exactly where we had hoped due to the location of softball fields for our event. We had easy access to the house and having access to a full size washer and dryer was a definite plus for washing uniforms.

Quiet neighborhood
House is away from most things we wanted to see but it was nice with no traffic. Home was just as the pictures showed. Owner was very easy to deal with answered all of my messages right away. If you want to be on the outskirts of Denver I would recommend this house.

Nice quiet family home in a newish development with walking trails nearby and a cozy back shaded deck. Our check in and out was seamless and easy. Our host responded instantly to any and all communication. We’ll be back!

We would definitely book this house again. When we’re on vacation, we enjoy a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Shopping and groceries are around 20 minutes away, but that’s normal for us anyway. This house is definitely in a residential neighborhood. There is extensive walking paths and some small neighborhood parks that would be great and safe for young kids. This property is how we expect our vacation rental to be. The items we needed for our stay were available, and everything else is locked up and out of sight. Full size laundry was definitely appreciated during out week long stay.
