The rooms were clean and comfortable
The first night there was an under staff issue. But the manager onsite was amazing

The staff service was exemplary. Immediately addressed missing items. The unit was perfect for 5 of us.
We had to call the front desk several times for missing items. Bath soaps, blankets, tv controllers, chair.

The location was great, close to restaurants, grocery stores, quiet area. The Hyatt house floor plans are great. The service and kindness of the kitchen , breakfast area employees we're great.
The property haven't been well maintained, lack of maintenance, the pool was dirty, problems of maintenance in the toilet 🚽 and in the shower, the shower was clog with hair and the toilet sit miss a bolt and nut it was loose they never came to fix it , we contact the property management by email never reply the email.The property didn't have the air conditioner working on the hallway, smell of growing mold because of that, I got upper respiratory sickness and have to start allergies medication.The employees at the customer service counter, not friendly or help at all except the one that check me out overnight.

Location and price, breakfast decent - help nice
The room had many wear and tear issued which included standing water in the dishwasher and the dishwasher door would not shut - causing the room to smell, Staff was told but nothing was done. One could tell it had been this way for quite awhile. One of the hanging lights was broken and was attached only by electric wires. Rips in carpet, needs paint, furniture had wear spots, shower pan would not drain. Whole room needs some love

Two separate rooms each with a bathroom, kitchen was great as well. Very spacious- perfect for large family.

the spacious living room and kitchen accommodated me and my partner perfectly for our 5 day trip down to Denver from Steamboat for the Nuggets playoff game, allowed us to not only store any leftovers from the restaurants but also properly heat it up in the oven or even cook a full meal on the stove
our hotel room was left open by housekeeping after returning from being gone all day at a festival , immediately freaked out thinking something was gone informed front desk and asked to be on the no clean list … keep in mind we had the DND sign out front. my thoughts were she opened it thinking it was on her cleaning list and instead of shutting the door she attempted to quietly close it but resulted in leaving it open for 7+ hours

Our room was amazing!! We are a family of 6 and we stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath suite it was perfect for our family. We used the kitchen both nights and were able to save money on eating out.
The room and the hotel worked perfectly for our long weekend stay in Denver

Room is comfy and big, bed is comfortable and the front desk service is speedy and welcoming, especially that lady she told me she is from Indonisia, very kind, polite and caring.
The breakfast area, guest droped rubbish on the floor without cleaning, quite unpleasant.

Staff was not cooperative, we paid a good amount of money but construction was in progress in hotel which they have not mentioned, cleaning was not proper
they are changing good amount of money but there is no daily cleaning service , hotel need to mention these things while booking

Location The Breakfast and the omelets always good and warm . The size of the room with a full kitchen was great for my family
Unit 283 the bathroom behind the kitchen it's real small and the water is running out of the shower every time you get your shower
