Overall very good experience. Good communication and easy check in and check out. Property was missing some necessary items (for example, wine opener was broken!), could use new sheets and mattress pads for some of the beds and maintenance of some of the shower heads. Would have been nice to check in at 15.00 (16.00 is very late considering check out is at 10!). You should have a guest book with information about the good restaurants, shopping, massage therapists, hiking trails, etc.

This spacious villa is as described and photographed. The rental agency Homerti were very responsive and dealt with a couple of small issues very quickly and efficiently. I very much recommend!

Very spacious home in great location with very nice rooms!

Good location. Close to beach and town. Kitchen was short on things you need when cooking. But overall a Nice House, perfect for a family holiday. The poolarea was very good with Easy acces to shower and toilet and two sitting arrangements and sunbeds. Both sunny and shaded. We enjoyed the stay.

Lovely villa, perfectly situated in Can Picafort. Pool and outside area provided lots of fun for the whole family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront apartment. It was as beautiful as advertised, right on the beach, very clean, and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of towels and we were even surprised to find fresh fruit, coffee, and wine in the home when we arrived. We were slightly confused where to park, and which apartment exactly we were going to but the owner was very helpful in answering our questions quickly. I was a little worried because there are not a ton of reviews, but all previous reviews had been positive so we decided to book this place and we were not disappointed! It was one of the nicest airbnbs I have stayed in and I would stay here again next time we are in Mallorca.

Das Haus entspricht vollständig den Bildern und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Lage ist sehr schön, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Bei Peoblemen war jederzeit jemand erreichbar und es wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Das Haus ist defintiv empfehlenswert!

Schöne große Villa mit viel Platz und einer guten Ausstattung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz.

Das Haus ist super sauber, großzügig und genau wie in den Fotos zu sehen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Außenanlagen als auch die Innenausstattung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das Auto kann man problemlos an der Straße vorm Haus parken. In der Zeit in der wir zu Gast waren, war die Umgebung super ruhig, bis zum Hafen läuft man ca. 15-20 Minuten. In der kalten Jahreszeit hat man die Möglichkeit die Räume mit den Klimaanlagen zu heizen, eine Heizung gibt es nicht. Wir hätten uns in der Küche eine etwas bessere Ausstattung gewünscht ( Kaffeemaschine, fehlendes Schneidebrett etc.)

Stunning villa - perfect for a big family as every room as their own ensuite. Great location - ten minutes walk to a huge range of restaurants to choose from. Situated right opposite a big outdoor childrens park which my children loved.

The villa is very modern with marble and tiled floors and glass balustrade up the stairs. Everything looks better in photographs but the villa lived up to the pictures. It’s in the quiet part of town which suited us but within walking distance if you wanted more life. The beach was a short walk away with a couple of bars, the one to the right was our favourite.
