The location and restaurant were pretty good

Aside from somewhat indifferent staff, I can't say that anything was bad per say, but just that at this price point everything from room to facilities raises the expectations, and unfortunately for the price, this hotel would rank around the bottom for me compared to others I have stayed in. Also, the standard of service towards guests was inconsistent - I stayed twice over the course of a week, the first time solo (because my gf's flight was delayed), and the second time with her later in the week after spending some time elsewhere on the island. I noted that the service as well as room I received the second time for some reason was significantly better (same room type but first one had TV issues, broken iron, and parking lot view). So perhaps if you are a couple, you will enjoy it better :)

Beautiful property that's well taken care of. Incredible location with the best beach in Poipu and a great pool and hot tub. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. My room was spacious, very clean, well appointed and had every amenity I could need. I was particularly impressed because I had to check out at 10:00 a.m. and my flight was at 11:00 p.m. they let me use all of the hotel amenities during the day, held on to all of my luggage and gave me access to a courtesy room to take a shower and get cleaned up before my flight. Additionally every day they have a bunch of really fun activities planned that you can choose from. I took a morning yoga class, lei making, hula dancing and learned how to play some ukulele.

The first room I was brought to had a very strong odor of perfume and I followed up and found out that an odor cleaner had been used. I wish that I hadn't been put in that room because it was late at night and I had to move to another room. However, they gave me a great other room with a view and everything was smooth from there.

Stunning grounds and beach with multiple pools and areas to do things or relax. Really enjoyed the restaurants and lounges as well as the gym. Absolutely beautiful views and the gardens are worth exploring every day.

If you stay at the “back resort” instead of the water front building, you are not offered any amenities including the promised welcome package (was very much needing the sunscreen package), late check out, and isn’t alcohol allowed in the back pool.

Very well maintained. Great kitchen plus washer and dryer.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit tollen Zimmern. 2 grosse Pools und sehr schöner Strand mit Schildkröten und Robben die man täglich beobachten kann.

Manche Aktivitäten die angeboten wurden, fanden dann doch wohl nicht statt. Uns wurde gesagt wir müssten dann selbst beim Anbieter (zb Surf Schule) anrufen und nachfragen.

The premises was absolutely beautiful. It was a vibe for sure!
