The room(s) were absolutely stunning…so big and clean and inviting. The staff were super helpful, parking was always available and the views can not be beat!

We were able to use complimentary beach equipment, such as chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling sets. We were walking distance from excellent shops and restaurants. There was east parking for our rental car.

There was a bit of construction going on outside our room, which was a bit bothersome at times.

Great location, right on the water, the way the property is arranged was able to go out onto our lanai every morning and feel like I was the only person in the world. Great vacation type experience. Minimal interaction with staff, but when we did they were very helpful and friendly.

Realize that the "island experience" is part of the charm and what you're paying for, but some form of air conditioning would have been nice to have at bedtime. Otherwise nothing to add.

Perfect place to stay- decorated nicely-clean- convenient location yet quiet/private. The cove was beautiful especially at night- best way to fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing! Manager and front desk staff were extremely helpful and always so friendly. Will definitely try and book again the next time we visit.

Wow! Our ocean view room was wonderful. We spent the week enjoying the sounds of the ocean day and night, feeling safe and secure. The location was, for us, ideal. Koloa was felt less busy than other parts of the island, and access to Poipu Beach, trails, and easy meals was great. Rooms were clean, and well-appointed, and the fridge and kitchen, and washer and dryer, made our week there easy to manage.

We had some trouble with the TV. Ultimately, though, we didn't mind, as we ended up leaving it off for most of the trip.

Lovely apartment in a great location on the ocean front. Walking distance to Baby Beach. Very secure. Great parking. Resort staff were extremely helpful. Overall my wife & I had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely consider visiting this property again, perhaps an apartment further toward the pool next time.

Lounge suite very uncomfortable. Mattress on bed promoted perspiration overnight. No air conditioning so necessary to open patio doors overnight hence noisy in lounge (surf noise). 2 of 3 windows in bedroom would not open. Television difficult to operate. Master bathroom large step-in to shower is difficult for older guests.

the unit was a bit warm for my liking. A/C here or a mini unit might be nice. It was manageable since it was a corner unit had more windows. TV was a little difficult to work. Most evenings I couldn't get anything on. No way to watch your Netflix or other accounts

The view from our lanai was beautiful. The condo was comfortable and spacious. Loved the breeze coming through to keep us comfortable.

The people above us were so noisy the last day and a half. The stomping overhead was horrible. I'm not that fussy but this was crazy... Not enough coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergent for a weeks stay but staff helped with most important for me - coffee!!! I really don't mind paying for it but you just can't find small quantities sometimes. I would have washed the glass dining table top if some glass cleaner was under the sink. I hope we left things reasonably clean after our 8 night stay...

We are actually from a resort area that is meant for tourists, however we loved being directly on the ocean and listening to the waves crash on the rocks. You could see the sunrise and sunset and we were a few minutes from the beach.

We stayed with our 3 children and gave them the master for the size. Unfortunately the guest bed wasn't nearly as comfortable as the master bed.
