Great location, oceanfront, beautiful grounds and pool, comfortable bed, bright spacious bathroom with quality skincare products. You can see sea turtles just down the beach at Poipu.

Our room in building 1 was tiny. YES mini fridge, NO microwave in room, NO blow dryer, deck overlooked parking lot, had to call front desk for ice. The price for 2 days was as much or more as the price for 4 days at 2 other locations we stayed at during this trip so it felt very expensive for less amenities. When we realized our situation, we asked the front desk about changing rooms and were told there was nothing they could do since it’s a timeshare property (which isn’t noted on booking.com). Darn, okay, let’s make the best of it. I chose this place for our anniversary and we decided to stay on site and get the prime rib special at the poolside bar. Arrived at 4 as we were told it was first come, first served until they ran out. Told both the bartender and the waitress that we’d have drinks while we waited for the special that started at 5. The dining area filled up at 5 and we weren’t checked on again until 530 (and only because the other waiter noticed us) while people ordered and got their food around us. When it came, it was cold and lacking seasoning but luckily they had salt and pepper packets. Food and drink were VERY expensive and we were offered no apology nor concession for the mistake. Bottom line is that I specifically picked this place for our anniversary because I enjoyed it so much previously, but was majorly let down this time around.

Beach access was very convenient

Room service at the time was not operating but we did know it was due to COVID so it was understandable.

It was extremely over priced.

Nice pool, nice front desk, good beach access.

Had to call several times three days in a row in order to try to get housekeeping in to clean. Once we’re we’re told the staff was gone after calling frim noon to 5 PM. We just ended up with a couple towels and two packets of coffee. Our day and night plans were interrupted because they kept telling us they were sending someone right away so we didn’t want to get in the shower, etc. plan to rent chairs $10 each if you want chairs on the beach. There is a grill restaurant at the resort by the beach but the food is prepared somewhere else on the property and was not hot.

Great location- beach and pool were wonderful. Ease of parking was convenient. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The food at the restaurant was meh- fish tacos were awful. The bathroom was very large and nice, but there needs to be a hook near the shower for towels.
