I liked the extremely helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Nice room. Everything very clean. Had my own key for easy 24/7 access through front door which was locked at 7pm.

The air conditioner was good. The linens appeared to be clean. 
When I arrival I was notified that there is a 1000 peso deposit required. I paid with a credit card online and was surprised I had to come up with a cash deposit. She insisted that the was buried in the “house rules” online. 
The problem was I am new here and I just visited three ATMs trying to get cash on the way there unsuccessfully. So that was inconvenient. Amateur hour for this place. Limited front desk hours. Crazy steps if you’re getting stuck on the third floor.

Their staff were super friendly and accommodating especially Ms. Mary June and Ms. Rose.
The room is spacious and the bathroom is nice.
The location is superb as it is near the bus station, a big shopping place, eateries and laundromats.
They provide a water dispenser on each floor.

The place feels like home. The accommodation is good. The front desk personnel were open and very hospitable. Highly recommended if you prefer to stay in a nice and quiet homestay!
I think.what i didn't like is the stairs. Aside from anything else, everything is very nice!

I did not expect the room to be so nice. I am currently in a 4 star hotel in Cebu that does not even come close to providing the comfort and quality of the Amazi hotel. Would highly recommend to any traveler.

Friendly staff, efficient check in. Clean room. Robinson mall is nearby.
Room have no quilt, only a thin sheet, Although we don't feel cold but it's not comfort for us. No lift, if's not good for somebody with heavy luggages. our room is located 3rd floor. Bathroom has no bath products. In fact at the moment I ask the stuff for the linen at the counter, and we back to the room.,I show the sheet, but she said it's the only thing they have . because the temperature is hot. means it's no need for QUILT. Okay, though I'm not catch cold after 2 night stay, but the experience is not good.

They take 1000 deposit, there was nothing in booking about that. very unpleasant surprise, particularly if people travel for one day a they need that money for the day expenses.

It was far away from everything. Its too far from town.

I love the proximity to everything. Very accessible area. Felt at home. Spacious and clean room. Staff are very proffesional and attentive.

Very clean and comfortable, staff were very nice and helpful. Short walk to the mall and quick trike ride to the boulevard. Hot and cold water available just outside the room.
Shower pressure a little low and internet is slow.

No elevator and entrance stair is a bit steep
