Location and amazing staff. The food here is underrated but really good. Superior rooms have large bathrooms.

The noise from outside and inside the property. The sound just bounces off the concrete walls. Also, the one keycard per room rule is a bit of an inconvenience. Limited parking.

The overall aesthetic of the hotel. the convenience of the location and space of room is ample given the price.

it rained hard when we stayed, there's water dripping when we woke up. had to transfer room because of this. water pressure in the shower couldve been better

The location is very convenient to travellers who want to explore the city of Dumaguete. It is a walking distance to food, bars, malls. Also walking distance to the pier (if you are coming from or going to Siquijor). The breakfast tastes good and the room's interior is very modern and industrial.

My friends couldn't think of anything that we dislike about this property, to be honest. It's convenient and we really enjoyed our stay.

it was clean and the location was perfect. we had a very early Ferry and this was close by and the staff was very helpful with all arrangements

We booked this hotel for the location and it also looks stylish. Its walking distance to the ferries going to Siquijor and the Boulevard. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. Also we were granted a late check out, probably because of the issues we had.

First we had problems with the toilet, it was clogged but got fixed. Next thing was the aircon, which did not cool the room even on highest settings (16 degrees, turbo) yet the room wouldnt cool down. They provided a fan instead. I think for what we paid u can expect at least a working AC. The internet was also very slow in our room. Another let down was that we had to pay breakfast for our son, although it was complimentary for 2 adults (why not also for my 4 year old son?). It was fine for a night but im dont think I would stay there longer...

The breakfast was small. Juice made of powder blehhhh and tea only a small cup.

The eco friendliness of the hotel and its feel. The location is near the Dumaguete port. Very convenient if you have planned trips going o Siquijor, Cebu or Bohol. And it is conveniently located to all the tourist destinations within the city.

There are mosquitoes inside our room. It was hard to sleep as the room is not properly sound proofed. Some occupants talk so loud that they can be heard in our room. Better if the hotel has a silence observance policy if sound proofing can not be addressed.

Central location, very clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, good free breakfast included, recommendable restaurants. Great value for money!

I like the style if the hotel and the situation. Also the possibility to have lunch or dinner there. The staff is really sweet and available. We had our breakfast and lunch there with good quality and quantity, it's a plus.

The noise. I am not sure if it was where our room was located at, but there was a lot of noise. The walls appeared to be particularly thin and can listen clearly next door guests

Great location across the boulevard. Property has a nice restaurant and also near a lot of restaurants. The hotel had a nice industrial feel and interesting minimalist decor. The rooms are big enough, there were adequate outlets and comfy beds.

Would have been nice if they made a balcony since there was a big space outside the window but it only housed the ac. Parking was quite limited but there were usually available spaces across the street.
