La gentillesse des employés , l’emplacement, la propreté.
Le prix du transport pour se rendre au port 500PHP pour 1 km . Nous avons pris un tricycle pour 100php pour 3 personnes

Location is the best as its in the heart of the downtown. Easy to go around the city.
We had last minute changes in our booking but the staff was able to accomodate our request.
Breakfast buffet is good too.
Nothing negative to say.

Good Value for the price. Exactly what youd expect from a 3 star type property. Clean comfy rooms.
Very warm staff.
Breakfast buffet is good.
TIP: Use the spa, the therapists are excellent and the rates are good.
Its noisy but cant be avoided with its central location. City never sleeps.

My husband's blood pressure did shoot up while we were checked in this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and assisted us to and fro the nearest hospital.

The room was totally complete. And comfy naman ang stay namin. The breakfast buffet was nice.
They didn't mentioned until what time yung iron service. And the bathroom smells bad.

I can't find anything bad about the place or the staff. We experience bad experiences with other guests, especially men. No respect or regard for elderly.
