Great homey vibe, with amazing food, and the best papanasi. Stuff friendly and helpful. Huge plus for being pet friendly.

Everything. The place is super cute. Amazing views to a spring. The host changed our room to an even more beautiful one. The decoration is very traditional and the food super tasty.

Nice restaurant, extremly friendly and attentive staff. The bed and bedsheets were clean and confortable but I would still not recommend it as a sleeping facility.

In our room (room nr. 2) was a constant heavy smell due to the lack of windows and ventilation. It was just a small trap in the ceiling that didn't do much and the bathroom not only that was small but the only ventilation was thru a small window that open up into the neighbours' bathroom. The walls are so thin you feel that the next door person is literally with you in the room. I would strongly recommend the owners to make room 1 with a full bathroom by connecting the two small ones and leave room nr. 2 with the external bathroom on the hallway. The way the 2 bathrooms are now is unacceptable and I would not recommended it to anyone. If possible, please invest in noise cancelling materials for the walls. Otherwise, the rustic design and the positioning over the river are quite nice.

I love Căsuța din Povești. This property is totally rustic and traditional, just what I like. The food was delicious. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hostess speaks English which was most helpful. I will definitely return to this place! Mulțumesc.

Bathroom had the half a room going by the toilet.

The location was the best and the rustic look. The staff was kind and the food was delicious. It felt like being in a fairytale.

the bathroom is so tiny, the shower is attached to the sink and when you shower you wet everything inside. the slippers were worn, dirty. all the property is degraded. at dinner we payed more than stated on booking. com, the explanation was that the owner must declare a fixed price for the meals, but in the real life you pay a la carte. anyway, it was the house from the (horror) fairy tales.

It is a lovely location, built over the river, with a particular aesthetic. The restaurant is traditional, with great food and huge portions!!!
