Great hotel for staying in Querétaro.

There wasn't any fridge in the room. Although you can request in the reception that they put in the refrigerator what you need, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is in a centric location, the personnel is kind and I got a quick check-in process.

The shower was a little bit unclean, with bugs in the floor.

The staff was kind at all time, however one of them took the iPad i forgot when checking out and didn’t delivered to hotel’s security.

The space

The reservation was for 1 night, I requested the two rooms in the same floor because one of them was for a minor of age, (<16). My request was deny, even tough there was 3 rooms with the label of "sanity room" complete paste. Really it was a soft request for security reason it was ignored.

The room was nice and the price (January) was low. The hotel is very close to a big supermarket.

The toilet chair got clogged after one use. The walls are also quite thin and because we had noisy neighbors we couldn't sleep until 1:30 am.

It has a convenient location, near the city downtown and next to a place I needed to go.

I occasionally heard some noises at night, so maybe the hotel staff needs to work on how to better isolate the noises from other rooms.

1) The Room Lighting very poor. It was dark in the night even all light are switch ON. Hardly to read. 2) The cleanness of the room is moderate. Especially the hygienic of room. They only use sweeping to clean the room. It should be using detergent for floor cleaning. Especially during this COVID19. 3) There is no Slipper supply during this December winter period. The floor is not carpeted and is very cold. 4) The breakfast is almost 80% same for everyday. There is no specialty on food. Especially for long stay like me, very disappointed. Coffee is should be hot (especially in Winter) but it is cold and cannot dissolve the coffeemate at all. 5) Coffee maker very dirty. Please wash it every week for hygienic.

I didn't fully reject this hotel. I only put it on my 3rd choice. The only reason this hotel remain in my list is 1) Hotel staff is Friendly, Helpful, Supportive. 2) I will choose to stay this hotel is, there is some food I like is there (Selectable)

Beds were hard/very firm.

It's a relatively new hotel, and it shows. It's very clean, very modern, and it has the basic amenities expected from an hotel of this kind. Would come back here again.

Nothing, to be honest. Very good and flexible service.
