Perfect combo of relaxing in silence and being in the middle of the island, so we could go by car easily to other places !

Location was tranquil ! Very peaceful ! The apartment was very clean. Breakfast was very nice. Swimming pool and grounds were immaculate. Host were very welcoming and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to anyone.

S'Hort Can Capità was a perfect place for our family. It's located in a very quiet area in Ariany. First of all, I have to thank Joan, the host, who cared for us before and even after our stay. Thank you so much. You made our stay really special. 1. Location If you're not desperate for beach-front villas, this is it. You can access to the beach (Playa del Muro) within 15 minutes from here. And neighbouring cities (Petra, Santa Margalida) provide enough dining and grocery shopping options. 2. Pool The property has two pools which you can share with other visitors. But because of the generous size of the pools, we didn't have any problem with pools. Our kids just loved them. One pool starts from a 1-meter depth, and the other has a stepping area. So, they were great for our 9 and 6 years old girls. 3. Room The room was sparkling clean, and they cleaned every day. Utensils, cups, and everything in the kitchen was just so clean. And my wife admitted that she can't even clean our own house like this. I wanted to book the ground floor rooms, but it was fully booked. But first-floor rooms (particularly our room) have a great balcony to look over the pools and a beautiful view of the Mallorcan landscape. The beds are extremely comfortable and easily accommodate four people. 4. Facilities The breakfast area (although we didn't use it) was very clean and had a vending machine for soft drinks (Cokes, Fanta, and water). There is a wine corner where you can pay by putting cash into a safe and taking a bottle of wine. We tried the cheapest white wine, but it was good. 5. Host Joan helped us a lot throughout our stay. After reserving a room, I asked whether they have a charging station for electric cars, and he installed it before we arrived!! Because we had a problem with the charging cable for the rented car, we couldn't charge our car at the hotel. But Joan guided us to find a place to charge, and it saved my life!

Extremely nice small hotel in the country side. Very nice, clean and cozy. Quiet and calm surroundings. The host Jose is very friendly, kind and responsive.

Those who owns this place really want you to feel welcome. The appartments are really well maintained as well as the both pools. The level of service is excellent both in communication and in action. The breakfast is extensive and you get a new thing every morning. I want to leave my best recommendations to Juan and the rest who makes S'Hort Can Capita a lovely place to spend your vacation.

It's really hard to find something that's not favourable in this place. One thing could be that you need to take the car to get to a restaurant.

Here you can experience Mallorca in an authentic way. In the middle of the countryside with magical sunsets, this is a peaceful oasis compared to the large beach resorts. With only 10 rooms but with 2 pools, you really enjoy a lot of privacy. Ideal for families and couples. The breakfast is really worth booking: it varies everyday with local specialties, fresh fruitsalad, charcuterie, cheeses and more. The ladies providing breakfast were really friendly. Joan - the extremely sympathic host - makes sure you feel well, by going just the extra mile when you need something. Our room was very clean, with a modern bathroom. The kitchen was a bit dated, but well functioning. Everything you need in a kitchen (including cleaning tools and soap) is provided. Self cooking is a serious option here. Also the nearby village is kind of cute providing beautiful sights of the countryside and with a nice little place to have a small bite to eat or drink a cocktail. This is the kind of place where you drink a glass of local wine (bottles sold on site!) in the evening while enjoying the chirping birds and the view over the mountains, with a game of Petanca! 10/10 would certainly book again.

Perfect location if you plan to visit the North and West, hike. The apartment has all you need for a short stay and the owners are super friendly and helpful!

The pillows were a bit of a neck breaker type and the bed sheets synthetic, making you feel like in a sauna when covered. But it’s just us and surely a very minor issue.

Very calm countryside location. Good starting point to explore Mallorca. Within 30-60 minutes you can reach most beaches / destinations. We have been there before. The new owners/team made slight but visible changes (e.g. personal check in instead of key box, optional breakfast, new outdoor chairs etc.), making the stay even better. The owners/team are very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and neat. Still the same relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Such a amazing house, placed in the middle of fields and nature. To a nearby city was only about 5 minutes by car. Our room was wonderful and, what is very important to me, clean. I truly recommend this place!

I have no demurs. Evertyhing was great!

Secluded rural setting ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway... or longer. Well away from the hustle and noise of the coast. If you know your way around the island (I lived on Mallorca for 30 years!) it’s ideally situated. Will definitely return and would recommend without hesitation.
