The location of the property is a bit annoying, muddy roads.. tough to get the luggage in unless you take a horse cart.. the room could be cleaner

Good location, not too far from the main part of the island but far enough so that it was quiet in the evenings. Staff were great and always happy to help Room was big and the outdoor bathroom was lovely

i loved my stay at villa nero, staff where amazing and very friendly, this place gives you a sense of home away from home due too how lovely and homely the staff are, with the beautiful villa cats roaming around, good peaceful music and friendly smiles on everybody's faces i will definitely be coming back!

The pictures on the booking is great.

Mainly the cleaning and the state of the facilities. I booked 2 rooms for may family. by the pictures, it is look like a cozy/fancy hotel, but when you arrive you realize that the hotel is not like the pictures. it looks like it is not receiving maintenance for a long time. All the woods of the architectural space are missing care. The restaurant/bar ceiling is rotten. The pool deck is broken dangerously. My room was dirty and we found cigarette ashes on it. my duvet was moldy. There was last guest trash in the room’s bin. There was a poo In my daughter’s bathroom vase and the vase was covered and on the top of it there was a flower. So it was a disgusting surprise when she opened it. The toilet flush of my daughter’s room was not working at all. After 2 nights we decided to abandon the hotel even missing more 3 days of advanced payment.
