La información existente en el apartamento, respecto al aparcamiento, separación de la basura y servicios de que dispone, es de mucha ayuda. Además, se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de metro Joliette.

Las habitaciones estaban muy cargadas de muebles innecesarios para una estancia tan corta y que dejaban poco espacio libre.

The flat was in good condition and had everything I needed during my stay. The size of the flat was really good, it had two double beds, cosy leaving room and decent size toilet and kitchen. The location was just perfect, one minute on foot from the Joilette metro station. I only used the green and orange lines. Everything was 1/2 hour away for me. There some grocery stores nearby too.

The kettle was not working, so I had to use a pan to boil water every time I wanted to make myself some coffee. The bath towel was really small and there was just one. I suppose the owner would provide more towels if there were more people staying, still bring your own towel if you can. I could not close the blinds in the leaving room and the bedroom adjacent to the leaving room has a a gap at the top of the wall and due to not being able to close the blinds I could feel the lights of the vehicles driving through the street so it made a bit more difficult for me to fall asleep, I could have slept in the 2nd bedroom, but there were no charging points like in the 1st bedroom. I checked in on Monday and on Tuesday around 5am-5.30am I woke up abruptly because of the noise being made by the neighbour right above the flat, the floor was creaking a lot, a boom, boom noise, it sounded like they were banging on the walls it was horrible and I struggled to fall asleep again. It felt like an eternity and I thought they weren’t going to stop making those noises. It happened again on Wednesday around the same time and a 3rd time but in the afternoon. This was the worst part of my stay. Also I wished Salim was contactable via WhatsApp instead of emails or phone calls only. I was using an e-sim and could not make or receive calls so this made it difficult to speak to Salim. I did email but response wasn’t very prompt or there was simply no answer.

First,its big and clean,feels homey and closed to Bus and Metro station,grocery and parks.I feel safe.Definetly i am coming back.

I bit noisey upstairs when there walking.You can hear the squicky floor.But overall this place was good.

L'emplacement était très bien, une station de métro à 1 min. Le lieu était très calme avec une place de stationnement. La literie était confortable

Le logement avait des meubles poussiéreux dans les chambres. La vaisselle n'était pas toujours très propre.

Great stay. Everything was planned and room were clean and comfy.

Cute little appartment, nicely decorated, spacious with everything you need. Nearby public transportation, and parking on the street is easy (on the weekend). Great value for the price, you could not find something cheaper for 4 people!

It is obviously not the nicest neighborhood of Montreal, but we were well aware of that so it wasn't an issue for us at all. It's still very safe, and the metro is less than one minute away, so no need to take long walks late at night.
