Morgenmaden var dejlig

Der var for lidt plads på værelset i forhold til prisen, det var flot på billederne men når man kommer ind på familieværelset, var der meget trangt, der var ikke plads til vores bagage.

The location was exceptional. You don't even have to walk outside to get to the Copenhagen terminal. The hotel is basic, but has nought amenities to satisfy most. I was only staying to get up for a flight at 6am after arriving around 10:15pm.

Not much. I was only there to stay for about 6 hours and get some sleep before a flight.

Breakfast and location is second to none, staff friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and clean, convenient location near the airport, metro and The Blue Planet Aquarium. Playroom for kids in the lobby, good breakfast. I like the design of the rooms, with hooks, bars and hangers aplenty.

La chambre était petite pour 3 personnes avec valises, l'eau de la douche passe un peu partout ds la salle de bain y compris côté wc

It's very convenient. You walk from the terminal and never go outside. It is fairly expensive, but if you're doing a layover at the airport, the convenience is worth it. The beds are comfortable and the room was quiet despite being next to a busy airport.

I would have liked a mini-fridge, but there wasn't anything I disliked about the hotel. There is no closet or chest of drawers, but we left out suitcases with the airline, so it didn't matter.

Close to the airport, so good for a transit stop. Bar had reasonable meals. Overlooked the airport but no noise.

No kettle or tea making facilities in room. Could have included one for an extra 35, which I felt was a bit steep for a one night stay.

The breakfast was great. And perfect location.

The room had no space for luggage and the lighting was very bad. Too queen-sized beds took up the whole space. When showering the whole bathroom got wet. Felt very much like a hotel for conferences rather than for travellers with suitcases.

It is literally inside the airport and around the rentals, so to get there and go to the airport is perfect. Breakfast is average.

Inte mycket faktiskt. Frukosten ingick inte i det höga priset. Sängen var för obekväm och den tunna madrassen gled av hela tiden så fort man rörde sig. Rummet var kallt och det kändes som en övergiven lokal.

Jag valde att boka ert hotell pga ett tidigt flyg och Jag önskade ett tyst rum i min bokning (bort från eventuellt ståhej och ljud) men det pågick en fest med livemusik och liveband som höll mig vaken till 01 00 och jag behövde gå upp kl 03:00. Riktigt dåligt av er. Ni had ekunna tkontakt amig i förväg och meddela detta. Det cirkulerade en väldigt överfriskad herre på restaurangen som inte lämnade varken mig eller gästerna i fred tidgit på kvällen (mycket obehagligt) och det tog tid innan någon från er uppmärksammade honom. Nästa gång blir det Clarion. Kommer inte att rekommendera er mina affärskollegor. Tyvärr. No Comfort Hotel.

Venlig betjening. Rimelig pris. Beliggenhed tæt på lufthavn.

Perfect location for the overnight stay if you need to be close to the airport. Great facilities and easy to check in and out. Helpful staff.

Very expensive dinner buffet.

The location being able to walk to and from the airport was incredible because the taxis are so expensive. Services, food, luggage storage were all very good and beneficial. The room was just a basic room but served the purpose we needed.

The shower had no real enclosure.....so water ended up all over the bathroom floor making it slippery. The towels were few and not very absorbent. The lighting was very sparse. Nothing else was a problem.

The actual room does not match the booked room, and there was no response from Booking in the future, which is very disappointing. I booked family room which has 2 double bed, but actually I only got one double bed and one makeshift sofa bed. I waited at the front desk for a long time because there was no room type I had booked.

First person at the Hotel is the receptionist, i don't know what she has a problem with, she is rude. Apparently, you shouldn't ask stupidly - about when you can check in to the hotel. But everyone survives the episode, fortunately there is someone else who can have enough energy to smile.

The location is very accessible for travellers, as it is near the airport and trainstation.

Their breakfast menu is not very diverse. They can maybe add pancake for families with kids.
