All facilities were very clean. Very friendly staff. Great spot to walk around city and eating places. Very quiet at night. We had a lovely 5 night stay. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, really really nice staff and the hotel is lovely decorated. The small service room where you can eat and drink free tea/coffee as well as the free parking space are also really nice to have. The room is big enough for three people. And the amenities are also helpful.

The futon was a little bit thinner than expected. So it was a little hard to sleep on. But that is something that you just can't help. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless. If you have trouble sleeping on hard surfaces you should definitely choose the be option when booking your room.

Japanese style room with tatame and futon. clean, cozy and comfortable. very attentive and friendly family business. they allowed me to check in early and hold my bags after check out. they have a lounge room with a desk if you need to do some work. close to all buses and walking distance to heart of town. would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. Beds were comfortable, hairdryer came in handy with drying some of my clothes after a rainy day. Vending machine and laundry located on the same floor as the rooms. Location was central for my original travel plans. Host showed me to my room. The free jasmine tea in my fridge was a nice touch as well.

Check in was different than I'd come to expect from Japanese hotels. There was some confusion regarding one of the host's questions but instead of explaining she just handed me the keys and took me to my room. The knobs for the shower did not work correctly. It was either boiling hot or very cold. After trying different combinations for several minutes I finally found something in the middle. Definitely not intuitive. Shower was also pretty small. Overall pretty minor complaints.

The room was very clean and the lady at reception was very kind and patient with me. I was only able to stay for one night this time but will definitely come back!

Nice access place.

perfect location for those who want to go from north to south, family and comfortable atmosphere, large room, laundry room (with washer, dryer and iron), cafeteria with beverage machine (free coffee, tea and water available) , microwave and area reserved for smokers, parking next door!!! The entire hotel was extremely clean and organized, large and comfortable bed!!!

simple yet affordable stay in the heart of Okinawa city

everything was good

It was simple but neat. There was a service room with a microwave, hot water and instant coffee available for guests to use.

The toilet/bathroom was pretty small and if you’re a tall person, sitting on the toilet could be a struggle.

The service room is really nice and I enjoyed being able to reheat food or make tea at any time there. The washing machine was also easy to use even with little Japanese knowledge. I was excited to sleep on tatami for the first time and it was very clean and pretty.

I did not like that the smoking area was in the service room. If someone was recently smoking you can smell it from the hall, and it made it hard to heat food without feeling ill.

My stay was extremely comfortable. A beautiful hotel surrounded by wonderful, lovely, helpful and very approachable staff. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. The hotel is situated near to a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance. The hotel is central and 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop. However, since there are not too many options of public transport in Okinawa, and the buses schedule are limited, I recommend you to rent a car, and you will be 20/30 minutes from beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. Great experience!
